No possibility to return even if the product defected as it had some discount in their website.
It's a scam, avoid
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever uncounted. My parcel never arrived and their customer service was almost non-existent. They ignored my emails and had no phone number to contact. When I finally reached someone through Instagram, they were unhelpful and kept passing the blame onto the carrier. It took 8 weeks of constant back and forth to finally receive a refund. The only reason they refunded me was because I wrote honest reviews, they then tried to bribe me by telling me if I took down the reviews, they'd refund me. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

After a long wait, my kimono arrived. Yey! I was initially very worried as I hadn't had a reply from the emails I had sent trying to chase my order and there was no contact telephone number. I had no idea it was coming from overseas!! So I assumed the worst. However, it has arrived and I am pleased with my purchase. They are very large but it is one size fits all and that is the nature of a kimono. The fabric and colours are lovely. Gave it 3* instead of 4* because if I had been able to contact somebody I would have known that my order was on its way!!! Instead I had that horrible anxiety that I'd just been duped!!!
Poor quality, faulty, did not reply to emails which included picture. DO NOT BUY. No refund. Terms state you need to return within 30 days which will cost you almost as much as item as YOU have to pay postage even when faulty!

Kimonos of low quality
The price is high and you can buy Kimonos of this quality in every other store at 1/4 of the price offered. But anyway the prints are unique and cool even if the quality of kimonos it's not that good as I hoped seeing that their cost is 4x the ones I buyed in other shops.
