Courier service is poor.

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with my order. The main issue was the courier service they use, which provides no delivery window—no text, email, or call. They simply leave the package outside, making it vulnerable to theft. Additionally, one section was 30cm too short, yet it was still shipped, and some of the posts arrived bent. I had to push for replacements, which was quite a hassle. Although I eventually received the items I needed, the overall experience was far from smooth.

Typically, parcels are placed in a safe location when you are not available to receive them. Regarding the bent components you mentioned, we have carefully reviewed the images you submitted, which indicated that these items appeared straight. Consequently, we are uncertain about the basis for their characterization as bent. Nevertheless, we took immediate action by sending you replacement bars at no additional cost, and we regret that this issue has contributed to your disappointment as reflected in your feedback.

Slow delivery

Slow delivery....took over two weeks to receive goods, when told it would be 2-4 days.

Upon careful examination of your order and associated tracking information, we have determined that while your order was dispatched on time, the courier misrouted it, resulting in the delay. Such incidents are uncommon, and we do file complaints with the courier on behalf of our customers. Regrettably, this matter is outside of our control.

Additionally, we were informed of the delay later than anticipated; had we received your notification sooner, we would have taken immediate action to contact the courier. Quality product

Competitive price. Quality product. Well packaged. Only slight drawback was the courier split the consignment so it arrived over two days.
