The website itself is awful. All my other tabs work perfectly fine, I go on this website and it loads for about 10 minutes. I put all the correct details in for a bag I really wanted, and decided to pay. The payment went through - however it said an error occurred about my account password not being made. Which is ridiculous as I had just made the account that day. I even remade another password to get pass this which also did not work. I must of tried to buy the bag atleast 10 times before I just gave up in the end. Thus, I emailed customer support to find out they were just as unhelpful, they sorted the problem with the password which then created another issue - my last name. It repeatedly said my last name is required - and I most certainly put my last name down in the box. I once again tried atleast 10 times to which I once again went back to customer support and in response they said how I need to put my first and last name in the box. Cheers Einstein didn’t think of that one. In the end never even got the bag as I got suspicious of whether or not this site is even real or if it just wants to get my details.

I occasionally shop from this brand, I really love their prices and quality. Recently bough the Jolie bag and I'm in LUV! the bag super cute! it did come a little late but the customer service team was so helpful. definitely recommend Xx

Wish I could rate it zero stars honestly, customer service has been awful. Took over two weeks to arrive with very little communication on the delay, and every time I’d ask for information, they would just say that they no longer have it and it’s with the courier, yet the ONE email I got from this whole process, actually stated that the courier received it days later. I wanted to cancel my order as well, just one day after I ordered it because at this point it hadn’t been shipped/collected at the time, however, this was rejected. When the bag eventually arrived, it was all creased and folded up, very poor quality, cheap tat and poor service.
I’m now in the process of trying to return it and it took days for them to approve my email. Now I’m having to deliver it myself with a reliable delivery service, because they don’t provide that service. Yet as an online retailer with no in store access for customers internationally, they very much should be considering this, and not have the customer carry this out. Not to mention they have said that there will be fees taken off from my refund amount for customs etc. So not only am I losing money, but they’ve wasted my time and I honestly would never recommend this company to anyone. Don’t buy from here!

Very bad quality of the bag. The site shows prizes in British Pounds, but it is a Chineese company. Also be aware when returning your package the shipping costs are for you (to China which is very expensive!!!). They also take 5euros fee for handling the return. You also have to send pictures of your package via the mail, which is weird to me. Lastly they give you an adress in China and you have to get the sipping label yourself, normally companies provide that as a service.
My advise: dont order here!!

Awful quality of bag, tried to return but told I have to return to china at my own expense (£85!). Their website states a £4 deduction from the refund for their costs, so this is obviously a scam. Cheap tat and expensive to return. Do not but from this company
