Neither they reply to mails nor they pick up calls. Horrible service.

But random cash on delivery orders and punish them.

Avoid their products. Please do not get carried away by their promos. Ordered 4 shirts and they are worst quality. Not the worth of ₹650 per shirt after 50% off. Asked for refund, denied and said only exchange. Exchange with another bad quality product? Since then they have stopped responding. They are total fraudsters and I am to be blamed by ordering without checking the reviews.

I had ordered 2 shirts which I received but products are worst. Sala road pr 50 rupees me v nhi lega koi. When I requested for return on mail they didn't reply. After repeated mail they reply that only exchange available. But for that too they didn't reply yet. It looks they are cheaters.

Cheap quality shirt. Wrong size (a size below my order) was delivered, so worst part, I couldn't even use it even if I wanted to. I also offered an exchange. But not response, no one to answer the call. They are a company but with very unethical business practice & just cheating their customers.

Big scam going on. They are fake, they dont have exchange policy. They sent wrong size and tried connecting with them but no response.

Do not ever order from this store. As someone mentioned the shirt is not even worth 100 bucks. The size which I ordered and the one i recieved were two different things.

Worst service.. horrible product.. I order a shirt from that site and I got a shirt looks so cheap not even worth Rs100.. I got a call from khankudi when I was ordering, they told me there is return and exchange option within 7 days but now when I calling helpline and did WhatsApp no one received or replied.. worst experience with this.. not recommended to anyone.

I absolutely agree with all the bad reviews I have read about this company. They shipped wrong product as well as wrong size. What color they showed in their website was looking very impressive and stylish. What they shipped was equally opposite. Mobile number not working, emails not responding, how can we return the the shipment and claim refund - highly impossible. How and where can we put up our complaint against such fake company, they have website, their mobile app as well as online payment gateway too....it is high time we taught a nice lesson to such online fake companies....

Hello Everyone this is not a paid review . I had for the first time tried this site Khankudi and ordered a Abstract Element Pattern Print Breathable Shirts amount to 649.00 . After completing the order i had checked for the user reviews of this site and was shocked to see the negative review and bad cutsomer experience.
Today 28th May 2022 ,I have received the product from bluedart courier and to be honest I got what I had ordered plus they have given me fre 1 pair of socks with 10% off on next order as well.
Believe me I had a very good experience and in future I will again order more plus I will suggest this site to all my friends as well.

Pathetic customer service , pathetic company ,they send wrong sizes after that they have no customer service . Do not buy ajything from This website at all.fraud people they are .you order something get something else .

this is a fake site. they will send u smaller size and collect cash and never reply to ur emails nor their phone numbers are working.
the material used is cheapest and the shirts received has also has various colours stink. do not buy from khankudi its a trap.

Purchased two shirts from khankudi and the size given by you in the list as XXL is not XXL however printed on it and its one size less and its fitting tight for me.Kindly do not mis guide and follow some standard that is done globally to improve your business.Your photos of shirts are very nice but in reality its not so.as someone wrote exchanging or returning is a pain at Khankudi and no response.regards.

Just fell for this piece of crap company. Numbers are switched off. Shirt is too small and quality is below average. Only way to use it is to clean my bike. Lesson learnt to call customer care before making a purchase online.
