Wanted to return shirt (order number 342514). The return policy asks us to write to them on their gmail address, I wrote and there is no reply. Tried calling the number mentioned no one picks the call. Bad exp as far as the product and return policy is concerned. Pls do not order anything form them

Fraud company. size material are not in sync from what they show. customer care is extremely rude. They just hang up on you. Returning is big pain. they make you pay for it. never buy from them.

Ordered two shirts in khankudi, one of the shirt is so small and shirt 2 design that I got is totally different from website, this is very bad

Guys dont buy anything from this shopping site as they are doing fraud business but selling cheap quality cloths and not have any return option at all and having a fake support service. This kind of clothing sites shoud be banned.

Khankudi is Fake shop. Google should not promote such cheaters.
Even my sweeper is not interested to accept the shirt I have received. They say no refund only exchange. I bet you will never get exchanged piece.

They are fraud, they will send you wrong product and then you will not able to connect with customer care (Switch off) or on given email address.
Its very low quality product.

Giving a 1 star coz they don’t have an option to put 0 . Highly disappointed with the quality of the item that I ordered. I placed an order looking at the easy return or exchange policy, but I happen to realise that this return must be made by the buyer itself. If that’s the case how can they call it easy return . What I ordered doesn’t look like anything that they show in the pic . Very disappointing
