I had a filling done just now by Dr Rob Pestal and visited him almost a year ago for an on-lay.
It went fantastically smooth and I didn’t feel a thing. I felt totally at ease and relaxed during the session. Congratulations to him and his fantastic nurse for another amazing and successful job done. I would recommend them 👍👍👌highly.

I recently visited Kew Road Dental Practice for orthodontic treatment, specifically to see Dr. Andrew, based on a recommendation. However, my experience at the clinic was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their orthodontic services. I would rate my overall experience with them as two stars.

Firstly, the clinic seemed disorganized and lacked proper management. During my treatment, I had to interrupt the process as another clinic alerted me to the fact that the work being done at Kew Road Dental Practice was not up to par. This raised serious concerns about the quality of care I was receiving.

Moreover, communication with the clinic was frustrating. When I tried to express my concerns via email, their responses were dismissive and lacked empathy. Simply being told "do not panic" did not address my worries and left me feeling disregarded as a patient.

Booking appointments at the clinic was an arduous task. It was extremely difficult to secure an appointment, and when I finally did, the appointments were rushed, lasting a maximum of 15 minutes. This led me to believe that the clinic was overbooking patients, resulting in inadequate time being devoted to addressing individual issues.

Feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable with the treatment, I made the decision to terminate it. However, the clinic's reaction to this was unprofessional. They seemed upset and made me feel unwelcome, which only added to my disappointment.

Furthermore, I paid the entire treatment cost, including a portion in cash. Unfortunately, I have no records or proof of payment, and I suspect that I may have even overpaid. This lack of transparency and accountability regarding financial matters is concerning and leaves me questioning the clinic's integrity.

Considering my experience, I will not be returning to Kew Road Dental Practice for any future dental or orthodontic needs. I also do not recommend their orthodontic treatments to others. The disorganized clinic, poor communication, rushed appointments, and uncomfortable encounter when terminating treatment have left me with a negative impression of their services.

I visited Dr Robert Pestell today at this dental practice and wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to ALL the staff. I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist to Dr Pestell and his nurse. He spent one hour on my Onlay, took an X-ray to check the tooth was ok and then made me at ease. All in all, I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend Dr Pestell and this Dental practice.
