Kent Wardrobes Arvostelua

The staff who fitted our wardrobe were polite and tidy, and cleaned up any mess before they left.

The office staff were also accommodating when I changed my mind a few times about the choice of handle, allowing me to pop in again to view the range available to be sure.

Would definitely use again in the future.

We are delighted with our fitted wardrobes from Kent Wardrobes. The service was excellent. When Nathan came to measure up he took great care in listening to our requirements and providing exactly what we wanted. The fitters Tom and Jamie did a great job and were very friendly and courteous.
We have no hesitation in recommending Kent Wardrobes to anybody considering having wardrobes fitted.

The Kent Wardrobe team were brilliant from start to end. The sales team visited site promptly to understand requirements and were swiftly followed up by an exemplary design service which gave us great confidence in achieving the end result. We found it beneficial to visit their sales office and factory to help finalise our decisions, since the choice of materials/colours/finishes can be quite overwhelming. The fitting team are expert craftsmen, highly experienced who take enormous pride and care about their work. They turned the CAD drawings into reality, skilfully overcoming any previously unforeseen onsite issues. The team ensure that you are happy every step of the way, exceptionally clean/tidy/polite and fun to be around. Would highly recommend Kent Wardrobes to anyone, especially where you have custom complex design requirements. An amazing company who truly put their customer service first and foremost; they deserve every success. Well done team Kent Wardrobes!

We had such a great experience with this lovely family-run business. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, which made such a refreshing change — we were given plenty of time, advice and space to make the right decision for us.

The whole family were friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our choice rather than simply making a sale. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and value their customers.

We’re delighted with our wardrobes and the service we received from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for quality, great service and a genuinely personal experience. Supporting a local family business like this is a pleasure!

We are absolutely delighted with the finished wardrobe and the overall experience with Kent Wardrobes.
The whole process, from choosing the colour and handles through to the design, communication and installation, went smoothly and exactly as planned. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly, and it was a real pleasure working with such a great team of specialists.

We are very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Kent Wardrobes to anyone looking for a high-quality fitted wardrobe.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our new built in wardrobes from Kent Wardrobes.

From the very start, they were brilliant to deal with. They really listened to what we wanted, nailed the brief and treated us incredibly well throughout the whole process.

Installation day was particularly impressive. The level of care, attention to detail and pride the team took in their work was genuinely special. Nothing felt rushed, everything was finished beautifully and they clearly cared about the end result as much as we did.

The wardrobes have completely transformed the room and look like they were always meant to be there. The quality of the finish is fantastic and they have made such good use of the space.

A huge thank you to the whole Kent Wardrobes team. We would recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Our experience with Kent Wardrobes as they helped us redesign a bedroom, has been everything they promised and we hoped for. This includes the design, the choice of sizes and finishes available, the quality of the final result, and the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone with whom we dealt. We have been impressed by knowledge, professionalism, creativity and efficiency of this firm. 100% recommended.

This team are so good. Friendly, professional, helpful. From start to absolutely wonderful finish - the showroom, the visit to quote, to checking the final measurements & installation. A few years ago they did our house - this time my mother’s awkward shaped cottage room. Consistently impressive - highly recommended.

This is my second visit to Kent Wardrobes to have another fitted wardrobe installed. Everyone in the team is so polite and totally on top of their jobs. Quotes are sent out promptly. The wardrobes are top quality but are very reasonably priced. Choosing Kent Wardrobes has saved me hundreds of pounds. The installation was quick and very professionally done. No mess and everything made good on completion. I am very pleased with the product and service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kent Wardrobes.

Fantastic, professional and friendly from start to finish. No pressured sale tactics, a show room where you can actually see and feel the quality of what you are getting and staff who are passionate and know their product. Everything was a smooth hassle free process, even when we noticed a small issue on installation day this was rectified within a couple of days. Highly recommended, thank you team.

I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service from start to finish and so very pleased with the end result!
I heard their advert on the radio and realised how close they were to where I lived, so I went to their site in Wateringbury to see what they had on offer and I was very impressed.
Craig came out to measure up a few days later and gave me a quote for my wardrobes within 24 hours, along with drawings. The quote was slightly cheaper than the two quotes I had got from other companies, but the quality and finish is much better.
I will definitely be telling any friends or family members to use them.

I am so glad I started to follow this fabulous company on Instagram ! From start to finish all the staff have been so warm and friendly. Really over the moon with our wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms. Really do highly recommend this great family run business.

Can not recommend Kent Wardrobes enough. From the initial consultation to the fitting, all of the staff were fantastic.
We were provided with clear information, they answered all our questions and kept us informed at every step of the process.
And what can I say about the final product, can not stop smiling. Its makes the room, and is exactly as designed, and what we wanted.
Thank you, thank you, thank you

Excellent service from start to finish from a local family business. Quality materials used and a great range to choose from.
Fabulous staff and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend.

From our first contact with Donna at the showroom through to the fitting by Barry and Harrison we cannot fault the service. All staff are helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly and all our questions were answered comprehensively. The quality of the wardrobes is outstanding and the fitting was superb with the room left just as they found it. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kent Wardrobes and a massive thank you from us both.

Having looked at another couple of companies, we chose Kent Wardrobes because they offered us exactly what we wanted in a limited space at a good price. We really appreciated being able to visit a local showroom and being able to see the full range of options available to us. Every member of staff we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The finished wardrobes are absolutely lovely. We would highly recommend Kent Wardrobes!

Great service from start to finish. They arrived on time to fit the wardrobes and were done and tidied up in no time. The Wardrobes look beautiful. Would highly recommend Kent Wardrobes to anyone.

Brilliant from start to finish. From initial consultation to designing and install, the team were so helpful, professional and took great care with their work. Even the couple of issues identified were resolved quickly and without any fuss. We cannot thank or recommend this company enough. Would definitely use again.

We had brilliant service from start to finish with no pressured selling. When we visited the showroom to make final choices, the staff were helpful and friendly. On installation day the work was carried out by two lovely guys who worked with precision and thoughtfulness. The wardrobes are beautifully made and we are extremely pleased with the product. Thank you so much everyone!

Very happy with the installation of my wardrobe. Barry and Sam did a professional job, tidied afterwards.
The service given during the initial measurement, including advice, and the second visit to re-measure were also of a great quality.
