Kennelstore Arvostelua 

Ordered a kennel on 18th February, 2-3 weeks delivery. I was called the next day to say there was a delivery charge of £145 for Scotland ( although site states FREE UK DELIVERY) didn’t realise Scotland had left the UK and as it was stated on site felt the free delivery should be upheld, which it was. Now 3 weeks later I have no kennel and no delivery date because the goal posts were moved, I would only get my delivery If another Scottish order came through. I have a daughter recovering from spinal surgery and the kennel was required to get our boisterous boxer (18 month old) outside during the day in a nice warm secure environment so she could continue recovery in our living area as she is unable to navigate stairs. Very disappointed that I could still h as have waited months, so order was cancelled today and I now need to source another kennel , but I will be sure to choose a company that will deliver in their stated time frame

They didn't have what I ordered in stock but they came up with a solution and were very helpful. Items arrived very quickly and are just what I needed.

Items were delivered promptly and received promptly answers to my questions

Absolutely made up with my kennel the experience from start to finish was excellent. Communication was great as well. If I ever decide to go bigger I will definitely be buying from you guys again.

Fantastic product ordered the Chesterton dog kennel 5block guys arrived early morning as promised and had the kennel built and ready for dogs to use at the end of the day, will be ordering another unit in the summer excellent service all round thanks kennelstore

Recently had a kennel delivered, really happy with everything. They made the ordering process really simple, quick delivery and it was assembled quickly. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Rude and no communication skills. Order arrived 3 weeks after they said. And then promised it on a certain date. And didn’t arrive until a further week. Promised a free gift but never recieved. Also sent 5 less bolts to what was needed

I brought a kennel 2 half years ago I payed for few extras like the underline roof and I spent all in all £1500 that's alot of money but i thought the kennel would do the job which it has except for the extra roof i paid for its not doing its job as their is clear water ingress inside the kennel cieling/roof in-between the wood this shouldn't be happening not with in the short time that I have had it other wise what is the point paying for extra roof u
Its definitely a flaw in either the design or fitting this roof it should have kept it good for atleast 10 years this is a joke

I reached out to customer services they said they don't BELIEVE a small isolated area is the leak where as I provided clear photo evidence of the leak they don't want to acknowledge their fault as they kept saying they have high reviews and 4.9 stars

That's irrelevant if I spent £1500 and my kennel roof is leaking specially when it has a upgraded roof that i paid extra for its been 2 and half years and you refuse to even acknowledge the fact that the roof that u supplied isn't doing its jobs

Excellent quality and great service at the right price

After trawling the web, this company was favourable as they stated delivery within 3 working days.
Unfortunately then storm Gorreti arrived so my delivery was delayed by two days.
Would have given 5 stars but the comms were not the best but I realised the storm would clearly delay delivery.
I had contact company for a definitive date.
As dog people know our dogs come first and lack of comms left me uncertain of delivery.
Generally though a nice lady on the phone apologised for the delay.

I ordered 3 custom made panels. Everything pretty much as expected, good quality and a reasonable price. Was kept informed throughout and panels were delivered early. I was informed that they had not incorporated a threaded insert which I had specified but, after I expressed my disappointment, they offered 3 dog bowls and brackets as compensation, which I accepted. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Issue with delivery (due to Evri, not Kennel Store) email communication was quick and was great to speak to someone and get a reply straight away. Delivery has now arrived , would definitely recommend

I just bought some panels from this company to make a run for my working cocker spaniel. We had a few issues with certain items being out of stock, but Andrew was brilliant in suggesting alternatives and we got there in the end. Really prompt delivery and a great price. I will certainly use again.
