Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I have ordered walking kennel door few weeks ago. Apparently they tried to deliver twice ... 1st time - we were not in... Interestingly we are Veterinary practice open 5 days per week Mon-Friday 8.30am- 6pm.... They didn't even walk into the building to check... Also they try to deliver on .. that's right on Saturday - when we were closed. What's a customer service!! Truly disappointing experience. Refund has been issued

Great service

Great service, quick delivery.
I only gave it 4 stars because of the packaging. Personally, I don't think the panels need to be wrapped in cardboard, it's a dog run, not bothered about a couple of scratches.

Dog Pen/Run

Purchased over a month ago, ordered, then delivered within three days due to my GSD rescue arriving with little notice. Cage has worked very well, built in feed bowls & platform bed both great. Tip-Top!
