i ordered on the official website almost a full year ago (November 15 2025). a total scam, never buy anything from them.

If I could give a ZERO star I would! I ordered from Keneva Beauty in July, they charged my card and said it's processing. Three months later with no product from them and absolutely no response from the four emails I sent them asking for the status of the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING IN RETURN!

Waste of money

They'll advertise and hype up their products on social media, but I bought the #5 Dark Pearl classic. I have wasted £20 on the lashes, just for them to disappear. They'll write on their forum that "the line is busy, we're trying very hard" BS. I'm going to try and get my money back. Please don't buy from them. They are a scam. Scam scam scam :(

Don’t buy in this shop, it’s a complete scam. I bought the #5 Dark Pearl Lashes for 29,90€ on February 16th. I had hope when I got a mail on March 1st saying that my order was on the way but it’s September 26th today and I still haven’t received it. I sent them a mail and a text on Instagram on March but they never responded.

Horrible shipping and communication. It took almost a month to be delivered. When I messaged them, I got no response. When I got the eyelashes they didn't work no matter how hard I tried. Even when I got them to stick, they stuck out and looked horrible. Such a scam! Do not buy because they dont work and you will not get your money back!

I placed my order two months before a close family wedding, expecting it to arrive in plenty of time. Instead, it’s now been over a year, and I’m still waiting.

Every few months I receive another email assuring me the company is legitimate and that my order is “on the way,” but nothing has ever arrived. I ordered because the website stated they deliver to Australia, so I don’t understand what went wrong.

After waiting this long, I’ve lost all confidence. A year without receiving an order or a proper resolution is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

An absolute scam. I placed my order for a pair of pre-order lashes in January this year, and I still have not gotten them. Its now June. I have emailed them three times explaining how I have not received my product and wanting to inquire what was going on, to which I have had no reply.

I am aware that I ordered a pre-order product and that it will take longer to come than usual (might I also add that there are no refunds for pre-orders), but 6 months is ridiculous. No customer service, no information on my order, and most importantly, no product. Do not buy.

I would like to give a 0 for the review but it isn't available. I ordered lashes for a Christmas present back in November 2025. After sending multiple emails asking where my order stood and when it would be delivered up until April 2026, I called the credit card company for a dispute. Once I called them, all the sudden I was receiving a notification that my purchase was on the way. I replied and sent email that I didn't want the product but a refund to please issue a refund and they sent the product anyway. Now, I cannot reach anyone to make the return and the credit card company is being difficult about the whole thing as well. Save your money and DON'T order from them!

Total scam. I ordered 2 months ago for my niece bday present, nothing have been delivered and they are not responding to my emails requesting a refund. Avoid at all costs!!

horrible customer service and zero updates on my order from February 12!! it’s been over a month and a week. they keep leaving me on opened in messenger 😭??? they keep deleting my instagram comments

I ordered a set of lashes over 1 month ago, and when I try to see updates on my package it just says “order fulfilled” with no tracking information whatsoever. I have not received this package so I emailed their customer service email and no one has replied to me in almost 2 weeks. I am worried I got scammed and with no response, I am unsure if I will get my money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of magnetic lashes in november 2025 and I still didnt get them. I tried to reach out to them and after multiple e-mails they replied that I will get the my order soon. Thats was in January 2026 and I asked them for any updates and til this day I didnt get any response.

I bought the magnetic lashes. Very uncomfortable. Tried to return and cannot get ahold of anyone. I have been trying since August of 2025, and it is now February of 2026.

I also find it concerning there is no record of them anywhere on the BBB.

I recently purchased the magnetic lashes from Keneva, and I am genuinly impressed with the quality of the product. The lashes themselves look really natural which surprised me because I tried few other brands and they didn't work for me that much. However I wanna mention the shipping process was a bit delayed. It took longer than was promised but customer support was pretty good and professional. While the delay was the downside, the actual lashes are the best I've tried so far. I have already received several compliments from people about my lashes and honestly I will definitely order more of Keneva lashes. Overal I'm very happy with my purchase now that it's finally here.

My lashes that I ordered never came, I commented on their insta post, they deleted it. I reached out to them via email, never got a response, Idk but I have no idea what all the 5 star reviews are talking about.

I still haven’t received my lashes and it’s been almost 2 months , they don’t response to any of my emails or dms. It’s outrageous.

I have emailed them multiple times and messaged them with no responses. I ordered August 14, and it has not been delivered. This brand is extremely unprofessional do not buy from here. Still do not have it and I emailed asking for a refund since it’s been months but no response.

Ordered over a week ago ㅡ no tracking, no update, no nothing.
After finally getting a reply(after forever), they said the item was out of stock and promised to ship a new one within 72 hours.
Spoiler alert: 72 hours turned into eternity. I emailed again for a refund, but apparently they vanished into another dimension.
So yeah, if you like waiting games and being ignored, this is your store. Otherwise, run.

I paid for the item, waited a month, sent an email asking where it was.
They said it was out of stock and would be another month.

That was months ago and they have not responded to any of my emails since.

They are a scam and 100% bullshit.
Do not trust them.
