Great price, fast delivery, as described. Changed mind on order. Emailed and seller phoned and sorted issue quickly and was professional.

Great product, communication, excellent pricing, delivered quickly and on time. I would definitely recommend.

Great price, free and fast delivery.

Fabulous service. Efficient and fast. Cannot fault in any way.

Arrived promptly and was well packed. Tracking of delivery did not yield results until quite close to the delivery time.

Arrived on time, intact and correct item

Very good company to deal with. Very reasonable prices. Recommend.

The product was a very good price. It was delivered quickly.

Prompt delivery, Miele replacement oven tray

I purchased a set of three pasta attachments for my daughter’s Kenwood kMix as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when the box was opened, one of the attachments was clearly broken and appears to have missing parts straight out of the packaging.
I contacted customer services immediately. At first, they seemed helpful and asked me to send photographs of the damaged item, which I did promptly. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.
Despite sending several follow-up messages, I have received no response at all and no guidance on what to do next. Being ignored after raising a genuine issue is incredibly frustrating, especially when the item was bought as a gift.
Both my daughter and I are extremely disappointed — not just with the faulty product, but with the complete lack of communication and customer care afterwards. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

I bought a brand new vacuum from Kenco Spares. It arrived cracked. Despite the crack I'm keeping the vacuum. However it should have arrived in perfect condition. Disappointing.

I would not recommend Kenco Spares and I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

Fantastic price, fast delivery - what more can you want. Highly recommended

Very pleased with purchase. It was a forced buy on my behalf - decided to clean the oven and the cleaning fluid dissolved the oven ceiling circular disc😳
I found the correct item from the web page. Decent delivery time. Arrived undamaged. Fitted immediately now that I had the correct screw- head device. As you will be able to discern I’m not your average handy-woman but I’m learning🤣. All good and combo oven working fine 👍

Selecting the correct part and ordering was easy.
I do not understand why the item which was dispatched using Royal Mail on 2nd January was sent via Manchester to be delivered on the 8th?

All good even though order placed over the festive period.

Great product, arrived on time and packed well.

Very quick delivery, exactly what we needed. Good to have a list of the suitable models on the website - this was very useful.
