Kenco Arvostelua 

I've bought Kenco decaf for a long time having tried various other instant coffees. First World problem I know, but today it was blurgh what's this!? It tastes completely different to usual, like a cheap supermarket own brand. I checked and found they have deliberately changed the formulation. Well all I can say as one of Kenco's loyal customers is that they'd better change it back again pronto or I for one will be voting with my feet. It's put me off instant altogether! We'll stick to the real stuff.

Absolutely disgusting stuff..This used to be our go to coffee..now it’s not going to be bought again until it gets reverted back to the original recipe!
What on earth has Kenco done..not only does it leave a disgusting coffee sludge at the bottom of your mug,it tastes like cheap mellow birds chicory crap…
Cutting corners by adding cheap ingredients and keeping the price the same and reducing the jar by 10g isn’t the smartest thing Kenco have done and by the looks of these reviews I’m not alone in thinking that..
You’ve lost a loyal customer of 20 years..I have one jar left in the cupboard and it will not be replaced by more of your rubbish..im off to look for a new brand..Thanks Kenco. Bunch of Herberts!!!

Horrible muddy residue leftover at the bottom of the mug.
After drinking kenco for years, I am now changing brand.

The new coffee leaves residue and taste appears to have changed too. I've drunk thus for years and wouldn't drink any other instant now I am looking for a new coffee sorry but not sorry.

I have been buying kenco coffee for years do not like the taste or the black residue it leaves in the bottom of the cup now will not be buying any more untill it is changed back I have 3 jars in my cupboard which I buy in bulk now in the bin

What have Kenco done? We've drunk Kenco Rich for years but now we are having to change our brand due to its taste and sludgy residue it leave in your cup. Come on Kenco your better than this sort out your blends otherwise more and more people will go off your coffee. Even thought you've introduced new jars the coffee should be the same the high quality we've all been use to. Do you want to lose sales?

I have been a Kenco drinker for many years but now have switched brand. The new taste is weaker and leaves a nasty sludge in the bottom of the cup. Why companies treat valued customers like this is beyond me. Leave things alone if its not broken. Reading other reviews, I am not the only one either. You'll end up losing far more than you actually tried to save.

The new kenco intense its absolutely disgusting. Why did you try and fix something that isn’t broken. Time to find a new coffee!

What is happening? No communication with your loyal customers. This is low to say the least. Only profits matter. Quality has gone out the window. Heads should roll, don't you think!

I used to love Kenco coffee, but now it tastes disgusting and you get all the sediment at the bottom of the cup. What ever they have done to it they need to change it back again. I’ve stopped buying it.

New Kenco Millicano decaffeinated is an unmitigated DISASTER!. NO!NO!NO! I've been buying this, in bulk, for years! NO MORE! This new recipe is DAMN AWFUL! No notice, no warning, and who the hell thought this was a good idea? IT IS UNDRINKABLE! MANK! AND AS FOR THE UNDISOLVED SLUDGE! And at £7 a tin in Tesco, NO MORE! I am at least one VERY loyal customer you have lost! Sometimes chasing money backfires. I hope this proves to be a VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON!

Can’t see what everyone is complaining about, I love to drink disgusting sludge.

Thanks for many years of pleasurable drinking. I have 2 jars left of the blue top. They won’t last long goodbye Kenko it was a blast.

This has to go down as the worst marketing decision in history. Everyone knows that making a change to a successful product is a risk at the best of times, but making several at the same time is very dangerous. This has proved the case at Kenco. Smaller jars, new ingredients and higher prices can only be accepted if the quality is improved or at least maintained but unfortunately on this occasion this has not been achieved. This new mixture is much weaker, tastes bitter and leaves a nice sludge at the bottom of the cup. I returned 3 unopened jars to my retailer and asked for my money back. I was told that I was not the first to do so. I need to find an alternative after 10 years drinking Kenco. I have also noticed that Kenco do not answer negative reviews which should set alarm bells ringing.

There has been a change in the coffee flavor it has dark powdery granules floating, taste has changed. Won't be buying it again. It was the best coffee on the market.

Taste, quantity, quality, all decreasing rapidly. Sludge at bottom of cup, coffee hard to dissolve. We've bought Kenco for many years. No longer going to buy this slop. Absolutely disappointed with all these corporations making fools out of loyal customers. I'm ready for a revolution. It's time the corporations get their just deserts.

I have bought kenco coffee for years. But the new recipe is awful. It now gives me a bad stomach so i will have to start buying a different brand lor or douwe egberts. Im gutted

Have always used Kenco smooth, now looking for a new go to brand, we hate what Kenco have done by adding 10% other coffee that leaves dark streaks in the coffee. Big mistake Kenco

What have you done!! Always been the best coffee for a number of years and now just like some of the other brands , cheap knock off. Horrible bitter taste in the mouth, completely different taste. Awful just awful
