What a team!! All the staff have been fantastic in helping me with a big garden landscaping project I was having done at home. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough. No respect for disabled customers
No respect for disabled customers. My partner was asked by the delivery driver to help them carry the fencing panels and posts around to the back of the garden. Once my partner said I can try but I am disabled the driver huffed and looked her up and down. This is really disrespectful and no one should be left feeling like crap when they select home delivery for anything. On top of that our gate was missing and he said he would get it out for the Monday. Monday never arrived. My partner had to chase them and they said you shouldn’t have been told that and we decide when it gets delivered.

Needed 2 dumpy bags of aggregates for a DIY project. Simple and straightforward to order online. Requested a Friday delivery slot which was confirmed by phone. Delivery was straightforward and dumpy bags placed exactly where I needed them.

The store arranged delivery for the day…
The store arranged delivery for the day I was able to be at home to receive. The delivery driver was very accomodating to drop the product where I needed it despite being in an awkward position. He was also able to advise that I had overestimated the volume and the second dumpy bag wasn't needed so returned it to the store. Good job and service all around.

I used Kellaway for the first time…
I used Kellaway for the first time to buy some roofing battens for a DIY project. We were really happy with the bulk purchase price (much cheaper than I had seen elsewhere), the customer service from Jazz was super prompt and very helpful, and they delivered exactly when they said they quotation. Delivery cost was very reasonable and overall really happy with the product and service. We will be back!

Fantastic service at Chippenham branch
Visited the Chippenham site today for the first time after going to the usual DIY stores to buy some bags of decorative gravel.
The service and price was far better than any of the others.
Not being a trade buyer I wasn't sure what to expect visiting somewhere like this but we were helped from start to finish by a very friendly member of staff who loaded the bags of gravel into the car for me and the manager was more than happy to talk through the options when I inquired about paint.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, trade or DIY.
