Truthfully, when I called Keith Ian, I had completely lost faith in estate agents. We had been on the market for over a year trying to sell a very beautiful, grade II listed, house. Admittedly this is not everyone's taste but...over a year!!

Keith Ian were brilliant when we were buying our first house. They were responsive, gave us time to look round the property and did not push us. They suggested a solicitor for us to use who was also excellent. They were also happy for us to go back and view the property as many times as we liked after our offer had been accepted.
