I wished to return the items I purchased. I was offered an $8 refund on an $85 purchase for unused items that had been purchased 2 weeks prior. I was told to ship them back to China instead of Thousand Oaks, CA where they were shipped from. This business is a scam!!! Buyer beware! Here's the email: According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.

There had been NO NOTIFICATION that the articles were delivered and to be picked up. I requested to know what/where is the Locker the items were delivered to that you have referred to, NO REPLY.
Delivery was to be to an office business address that is open Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm. No attempt had been made to deliver to the address provided NOR Notification that it would be left for collection elsewhere. Shipping shows the items have been held without delivery since 15th July hence, sitting there approx 5 weeks without a phone call, email or any type of notification.
This is your responsibility hence, I request you stop the return of the items to the sender and notify me where I can collect them, or refund me in full without deductions. Your delivery company is at fault therefore, you should be looking to them for any loss.
I have purchased in good faith, paid in full with shipping and you have not delivered.
You have not offered any reasonable solution to date. 1. Your offer to resend the order with an additional fee of $40.00 is not reasonable. The shipping fee when the article was ordered was $17.99, now you demand $40.00. 2. Your refund offer of $78.99 leaves me out of pocket $78.99 and without the article. 3. I have sent you the copy of the order which detailed my Contact information, mobile number, email address, shipping address, and billing address. I have replied to all your emails but you insist on automated replies without any genuine interest in rectifying this matter which you are at fault.

I have been trying to return the Keilini bur zapper for 2 months. I have sent multiple emails to ask for a return address and haven't received an answer once!
Do not buy from them!

Faults advertising! I was so excited to purchase their hummingbird feeder! What a disappointment! It only holds less than a 1/2 cup of solution, bees love it! Very costly! if I'm lucky might get 1 hummingbird. There are no tons of birds around it. China knows Amecia's well buy anything if it looks good! Don't waste your money!

This company is a big old scam!! Heater is a total joke and return shipping is more than what this piece of crap is worth. Stay clear and do not give them a cent of your money.

These did not work with our wifi and when I requested to return for refund I was given less than 10% back. This is not good customer service.

Ordered a humming bird feeder at the ridiculously high price the charged and haven’t received it. Said it shipped, but I have nothing.

Bei den "Keilini ultra-komfortablen, atmungsaktiven Damen-Sportschuhen" handelt es sich um penetrant und "atemberaubend" stinkende Vollplastik-Exemplare, deren Erscheinungsbild qualitativ nicht ansatzweise an die im Internet präsentierten Bilder heranreicht und die in schwarzer verknüllter Plastiktüte umwickelt und eingeklebt, ohne jeden Hinweis auf Hersteller, Anbieter oder Retourenmöglichkeit versandt werden (auch im Internet finden sich keine). "Typisch China" denkt man sich.
Die Schuhe liegen immer noch bei mir rum.
Eine entsprechende Nachricht an Paypal hat allerdings bewirkt, dass mir der Kaufpreis erstattet wurde. Alle Achtung! Und vielen Dank

I bought a space heater, does not work as advertised, must ship to china for refund, cost more to return than heater cost. must be returned unused. can't know if it works if you dont try it. literally smaller than a loaf of bread...a small loaf of bread. complete fraud...don't buy this

Die Brille ist ein Fake und Schrott. Ich habe 49,98 € bezahlt. 30 Tage kostenlose Rückgabe hieß es. Über Paypal war keine Hilfe. Erst haben sie ihre Adresse verschleiert und ich habe mit dem shoppet konferiert. Dann habe ich über clickmobil den seller erwischt. Er wollte mir 15,00 € erlassen. Dann sollte ich in Vorleistung gehen. Porto nach China mindestens 12,00 €.
Nun bin ich gespannt. Paket geschickt, aber auch Rückbuchung gemacht.

Keilini wirbt mit einer Brille mit der man Nachts so gut wie tagsüber sehen kann. Das ist Fake. Im Bericht schreiben sie von über 40.000 Verkehrstoten in Deutschland . Vorletztes Jahr gab es 2776 Verkehrstote lt Stat. Bundesamt. Selbst im Jahr 1970 gab es gerade mal die Hälfte an Tote auf dtsch. Straßen.

Keilini is a RipOff big time. I was taken in by their ad on the internet and ordered the small outlet heater fir $60. Of course it's a piece of junk and is as effective as a dog breathing on you. Tried to return per the "hassle free returns", but have been getting the run around that they will email the return address, which hasn't happened. I have been calling for 5 days, but now I only get a voice-mail. Please, heed this WARNING! These people are foreigners who make their living scamming people with junk. They represent that they are an American Company, but it's a game and I fell for it. Please save yourself some grief and WALK AWAY!!!

Do a thorough research on your product before promoting it.. do not promote cheap rubbish from China...
