Michelle is a brilliant instructor, her classes are fun and informative, I’m so glad I made the effort to start these classes about 2 years ago

Fun and friendly Group Fitness Classes based at Mappleborough Green Village Hall, in between Redditch and Studley. Established since 2004, Michelle Waldron is dedicated to providing all inclusive fitness classes that become addictive. All classes are music lead with the emphasis on taking the workout at your own pace. Beginners are always welcome and all equipment is provided. The classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis or via monthly unlimited membership. Popular classes include Weights for Women, Pilates, Kettlebells, Over 50's Fitness, Body Blitz and Legs, Bums & Tums

Staying Fit with Keep Fit
I've been going to Michelle's classes for 2 years now, and at age 70, I feel fitter and more energised & motivated than at any other time.
Michelle welcomes everyone regardless of age, shape, race or gender and takes the trouble to get to know us all.
Each of her very varied classes are very well planned out and she delivers them with commitment & humour, though always ensuring we are using the right technique.
I'm so glad I found this friendly & supportive group

Fun, Welcoming & Motivating Classes
I've been attending a few of Michelle's classes each week over the past 18 months - Over 50s Keep Fit, Kettlebells and Ladies Weights and I honestly can't recommend them enough.
Each class is welcoming, well structured and great fun! Michelle is fantastic as an instructor - full of energy, encouraging and knows how to get the best out of everyone without it feeling intimidating.
The Over 50s class is perfect for keeping active in a friendly environment, while the Kettlebell and weights sessions really push you in the best way. I always leave feeling fitter, stronger and glad I came.
It's such a positive place with a great atmosphere and people. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve fitness or just enjoy moving and meeting different people, these classes are a brilliant choice.

Michelle Keep Fit Classes
I have been a member of Michelle's fitness classes for a couple of years now. Her classes are mixed and comprehensive and suit people of all ages but most of all they are fun.
She is professional, welcoming and safety is her utmost priority.

I honestly can't thank Michelle enough…
I honestly can't thank Michelle enough for the incredible impact she's had on my life. What began as a journey to strengthen my injured back (with Pilates) turned into something far deeper and more meaningful. Through Michelle's passion & support she's helped me out of a dark place and continues to do so. Every session offers a safe, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged and supported, and made to feel like they belong! I've also met a lovely circle of friends who I never expected to find. It's more than a class, it's a community!

Awsome classes
Awsome classes, infectious enthusiasm, I especally enjoy the over 50's class which is just right if you want a class which includes strength, cardio, balance and shared enjoyment 😊

Michelle classes are awesome.
She always makes you feel welcome and lots of fun and great music.
The classes range from Weights Body Blitz Legs Bums and Tums Pilates and an over 50 class. She always emphasizes to excerise at your own pace.
Would definitely recommend her classes.
