Keepers cottage Boarding Kennels Arvostelua 

We were very nervous leaving our two rescue dogs in boarding for the first time. We paid Keepers Cottage a visit, and the the girls met our dogs and showed us round. I was very impressed it was clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and empathetic to our concerns.
When we left them a few weeks later, we were regularly updated and sent photos.
The dogs were very glad to see us when we picked them up after a couple of days and seem happy in themselves. On our experience we would thoroughly recommend Keepers Cottage and would definitely use them again.

Dog came back anxious and nervous the staff have changed,the Irish kennel maiden was not there and the girl who used to play with all the dogs was absent. I hope they come back. Up to now the kennels have been very good

It was our first time using keepers cottage kennels after having a bit of a bad experience with a previous kennel.
When we arrived I told them my worries and concerns and made them aware that our dog had also had surgery months prior to bringing him to stay with them, i was made to feel so comfortable and at ease that ‘bear’ would be looked after and they noted what he was and wasn’t able to do.
Seeing the pictures on instagram how happy he looked was so lovely and also being able to ring them to check on him was no bother at all for the staff.
I would highly recommend keepers cottage kennels and I will be using them again in the future.

My dog has been lucky to stay at Keepers Cottage four times now, including a long term stay when I was in hospital. Each time he has received excellent care and they even helped him overcome with patience his nerves during bathing. I can’t thank or recommend them enough. The team and the facilities are just superb.

Fantastic kennels, it was our puppy Skye’s first time in kennels, the staff were brilliant with her, it didn’t faze Skye being in kennels, we brought her home and she was still herself, very happy puppy, I will always book Skye into this kennel without hesitation.

Showed nothing but kindness and diligent care to my giant but very anxious dog. Would absolutely recommend them. They work really hard to accommodate even the most difficult dogs.

Bertie is a very nervous and reactive dog who has ongoing health issues. Due to a family event we needed to find a kennel for on overnight stay. After lots of searching I found Keepers Cottage. We went for a visit with Bertie and we were immediately impressed by the interest they took to get to know Bertie and his habits, likes and dislikes. During the first visit Bertie stayed inside and didn’t want to play but the staff took their time so he could do things in his time.
Fast forward to visit 4 and Bertie jumped excitedly out of the car and greeted the staff with cuddles, kisses and his paw in exchange for his favourite butt scratch.
The care, patience and nurture that all the staff have for each dog is beyond words. The updates show just what an amazing time each dog has during their stay including playtime and woodland walks.
Last year I could not imagine leaving Bertie anywhere but finding Keepers Cottage has been a total game changer. If you need a safe, caring stay for your dog look no further. 🐶

I collected my dog and whilst I chatted my stressy, nervous dog led down on the office floor for a nap….that’s how comfortable she is there. She is a Rommie and has issues and can react a little when frightened. The team took time to befriend her and she loves them and her stay.

If she wasn’t happy she wouldn’t be wagging her tail and jumping up at the staff for cuddles.

Friendly people
, excellent carers and will work at your dog’s pace and only do what your dog is comfortable with.

Zeppo is a dog not a number here and they care for her in a way that suits her not them! I take her favourite treats etc and they are very accommodating.

Heartily recommend! Zeppo has just finished her 2nd week stay but it is her 4th stay.

My dog, Albert has been with Keepers cottage on 2 separate occasions. We took him for the day and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The kennels are well kept and clean. He then stayed for 5 days after his first visit. The staff again were brilliant. I would message to see how he was getting on & I would get messages telling me how he had been and also with pictures!

We feel at complete ease leaving our dog with Keepers Cottage. He will be back before the summer time!

Rosa is a very nervous soul we rescued from Manchester & Cheshire shelter. Keepers were magnificent with her. If you have a dog, nervous, or boisterous etc. Always be honest. They will do everything they can to make their stay fun. She has stayed twice now. Her recent stay was these past 2 wks. The staff & owner are absolutely brilliant. The kennels are soundproofed with heat lamps.Would highly recommend. You also get regular pooch updates whilst you are away.

If you're thinking of putting your dog or dogs in kennels then Keepers Cottage has got to be your 1st choice. We have a very scared/reactive dog and some kennels won't take her, even though once she gets to know you she's fine, Keepers cottage give her a chance and she had a wonderful stay with her sisters Suzie n Raven🥰, would defo recommend them👌
