As expected my latest purchases from Keela have been excellent. The build quality and fit of the garments exceptional. As a company I have always found Keela to be incredibly efficient and honest. I’ve been wearing their kit for a few decades now and have every intention of continuing to do so. Well done Keela- again.

Great jacket and arrived the next day!

This is my fourth purchase from Keela and I’m so glad i was introduced to this little Scottish treasure. The garments are outstanding quality and at a sensible price. Moreover they so accurately match their published specs it makes the whole buying process a no brainer. What you see what you get and more. But the jewel has to be the after sales service in my opinion this exceeds all the more well known brands. Keela are a company I wholeheartedly recommend.

Great selection of quality products! Very happy with my new gear for being out on the hills.

I mailed keela on the 25th Oct, by the 2nd November I still hadn't received a response. In short, the lower righthand side pocket lining is coming apart and there appears to be some sort of abrasion/wear under the arms from the velcro pit closure. I've only had the jacket about 6 weeks.

So this time they got the email (it was sent to the same address as last time) and they wanted photos which were duely sent. They got back to me and asked me to send it in which I did and they confirmed receipt on the 10th November saying they would get back to me in 2 days. 7 days later, I've still not heard back from them...

Long story short: they finally got back to me and agreed a full refund. The service picked up. I've increased the rating in light of their response, however, it was patchy to start with.

My second pair of Keela Walking Trousers.
The first pair have done mewell for 5 years, so have bought exactly the same ones again, comfyand a good fit.

I had already had a Keela Waterproof jacket, which I bought for walking and needed some better waterproof trousers, as I have started doing RC Model Yacht racing, where you could be stood in driving rain for hours.
Very well engineed and used two times so far without problems.
Although I have found that they are heavy han expected and do take up a lot of space if taken in rucksac in case of rain (double layered etc), but really good.

Have ordered from Keela a couple of times and each time I got a great product, updates on where my order is in the process and speedy delivery. Will be using them again for sure.

I have purchased a few items from Keela now. They never disappoint. The products are of great quality and are always efficiently dispatched. I am always confident when dealing with this company and highly recommend them for outdoors clothing.

Fast prompt delivery and excellent quality product

Bought this jacket on the recommendation of a search and rescue friend. Saw the jacket at the Emergecy Services show and was impressed with the quality, both material and workmanship. Excellent value compared with similar spec jackets.
First outing was in the Peak District, just a T on underneath and still too warm! However, still kept me warm when standing around for pub to open in wind!
The following weekend a walk in the rain and it kept dry as a bone.
The expansive fit does mean that, you can get a down jacket on underneath the Munro so waiting for winter!

The added bonus was ordered Friday morning and arrived Saturday afternoon, and that was free delivery.

All in all I am extremely happy with the jacket and yet to try the free socks!

Great jacket. Fit allowed for layers underneath. Kept me dry in relentless rain all day. Arrived quicker than expected. All round great service and quality product.

At last a waterproof coat that is actually waterproof.
I was very confident that this would be the case as I have been using a pair of your trousers for about twenty plus years.They are getting a bit tattered and have been washed many times but they have never let me down.
So am looking forward to many years of use of my new coat.
The quality of the design and workmanship is excellent.
It’s good to have zips that don’t snag on the zipper covers and well sealed zippers at that.
You may wonder why I haven’t bought one before (my last top brand coat cost a lot of money ) I’m a bit tight.

Honesty about the product for me was everything, I was in the edge debating whether to justify spending the money but it gen is a solid investment, keeps you warm, dry, professional and protected. It really is everything you need for whatever your role is, coming into winter stannded issue jackets are getting left in the draws, it’s all you need

Genesis waterproof fleece.
Had one at work over 20 years ago (maybe 2001ish)I remembered how good it was so decided to get one for longer dog walks now I’m retired. Not disappointed, good quality stitching ,warm fleece , fast delivery.
Only gripe would be lack of available hoods to buy . Should really come as part of garment.
