KCM Waste Management Arvostelua

Easy delivery and collection, no messing about. Perfect!

Easy, smooth and cheapest in the area. Would definitely use again.

Ordered the 2024 charity calendar. Excellent quality

Great booking experience. Stated delivery & pick up day at the time. Job was subcontracted to a local firm who were fab delivering but keep moving the collection day. Was told Wed then Thur then Fri and now Mon with a possibility of Sat morning. As I need to be home to confirm we have permission to use a neighbour's property it's been rather stressful. Update: skip was collected Saturday, driver rang to confirm and was really helpful so it's all good thanks

Excellent service.

Very easy and simple to order the skip needed, could chose a date and time that worked for us. Great customer service.
We filled the skip quicker then we thought and KCM even picked it vack up the same day.
Would recommend and will use again.

Prompt service pleasant drivers delivered when required and collected on time

On the morning of our skip collection our skip was barely full so the driver - Josh - knocked to check that we did want the skip collecting and again to check whether the batons the skip sat on was ours or theirs. Josh, your diligence and friendly manner was a breath of fresh air. You’re a credit to KCM, thank you! 🤩

Always fast and reliable never had a problem good company

Anthony the driver was quick efficient and very friendly

Easy booking, lovely pleasant skip man both delivery and pick up. In fact the pick up man even had time to have a little chat with my 2yr old nephew who was watching. Even when i rung for skip to be collected week earlier, had no issues and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful. Will be booking another skip soon. Best skip hire company I've had so far through this property renovation. 100% recommend KCM.

Booked the skip on Monday for delivery Thursday. Having been billed for the service, heard nothing. Called Thu am to ask for delivery details. Kayleigh (sic) hadn’t properly processed my order, so it is now delayed until Monday. This has cost me four days of work on site. No offer of a discount, or higher cost delivery sooner at their pain. Awful service, awful communication, awful customer service.

Ordered a 4yd skip on a week's hire. They delivered when they said they would, and as requested knocked before unloading so I could tell the driver where I wanted it put.

We filled it much sooner than expected so I rang KCM and the collected the skip a couple of days later.

The whole process - from ordering on their website to collection - was simple and painless. I'd recommend KCM (if fact I've just ordered another skip).

Good value. Good service. All waste recycled 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Easy to book and pay. Delivery early morning. Contactable office with friendly staff 100%recommend

Very swift and easy online ordering process. Picked the skip up on demand.
I always use this company for skip hire.

Booked online which was easy to do. Arrived and collected on time. Great service thank you
