K Charles Haulage Ltd Arvostelua

Picked up and delivered at the times he said and all for the same price as quoted.

I have started using KC charles recently to assist with my transport in the UK and europe. Patrick has been superb very knowledgable, and on the ball with my requests. We have a good working relationship and glad i came across them. My timescales can be all over the place but they always seem to find a way at a reasonable price to make my jobs happen.

This company is par excellence!!
Victor ..took complete control of our transport requirements and literally outperformed!!
10/10

Excellent service from K Charles. From the moment we made our enquiry, Victor was outstanding. He kept us updated throughout, maintained excellent communication, and was always on hand to help, even with questions and changes outside the original booking. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The pricing was also very fair, especially considering the flexibility and level of service provided. We'll definitely be using K Charles again and would highly recommend them.

Service was absolutely amazing. Victor went over and beyond to help carry out a job 95% of people were turning down. Would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation.

These were a haulier the I found the morning I required support. Instigated a partnership which was appreciated at both ends.

Great communication and updates

Great driver.
We had a good response and hassle free experience.
Would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with! Brandon has been incredibly helpful and made the start of our warehouse move run smoothly. The pricing was very competitive, the customer service has been excellent, and the driver was very friendly and professional.

Even though I accidentally messed the driver around because I forgot our pump truck, he was extremely understanding, patient, and happy to help. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience - very professional.

We had a very complex haulage job and Patrick at K Charles was fantastic at helping us sort this out and provide personal support to ensure all the boxes were ticked. Very satisfied, thanks Patrick!

I found KC Charles from an internet search and my query was handled by Patrick. The arranged collection of my cargo smoothly from Leeds and delivery the same in London. I went on and book a second job which was very professional. I had to pay a waiting charge which I had not been made aware of initially but it was just a matter of miscommunication at the collection which caused the delay. Other than that a very professional company.

They are efficient, flexible, reliable & competitive on price. Brandan has been super helpful throughout all of our bookings.

First time I've used this company. Immediate response to any questions I had and helped with setting up an account. Big thanks to Brandan who made everything easy, including changing the delivery location and time to suit my schedule.
I would definitely use them again, huge recommendation from me.

Shipment was arranged promptly and delivered in exactly the time frame specified by Brandan, hassle free, highly recommend.

Reliable service, driver is excellent
