KCharles stepped in to help us during an emergency, as our usually haulier could not support. Even during challenging times within the logistic industry and given Bank Holiday weekend KCharles found a way to support. The booking process was seamless throughout, with excellent communication.

Our company needed a vital mechanical component brought from the Netherlands to the UK in an emergency. Peter and Suzanna dealt with us patiently and professionally, guiding us through what was required for the Customs clearance process. Communication was first class. The driver was polite and professional. Despite being in the Scottish Highlands (which we are often penalised for logistics-wise) the consignment was here in just under 72 hours from initial contact to delivery (even more impressive as this was over a weekend).
