I would strongly caution others before buying from Karma Items.

I made a one-time purchase and was then charged for a subscription I did not knowingly intend to join. When I first raised the issue in November, I was told the subscription had been canceled and that I would not be charged again. Later, in Feb, I noticed they had continued to charged. I raised the issue again in February, I received another written confirmation stating that my subscription had been permanently canceled, all post-November charges had been refunded, my payment information had been removed, and no further billing would occur.

Despite those written assurances, I was billed again in March and still no refund. They have been charging $7.99 every month. At this point, I don't see an option but, to cancel my credit card and get a new one because, they will not cancel the subscription or refund.

What is most concerning is not just the charge itself, but the repeated pattern of being told the issue was resolved when it clearly was not. A business can make a mistake once. Repeating the same billing problem after multiple customer complaints and written confirmations is unacceptable.

I gave them the opportunity to fix this privately and professionally before taking the matter further. Unfortunately, I had to report the charges to my bank.

My concern here is integrity and trust. If a company tells a customer an account is canceled, refunds are processed, and no further billing will happen, that statement should mean something. In my experience, it did not.

I would not purchase from this company again.

First they added things to my order that I hadn’t agreed to. Then they refunded the extra charges and promised that the 3 bracelets would be shipped in 3 days. They never arrived. Now I see that they have refunded the full amount of my order, but the refund hasn’t been posted to my account.
Instead of good karma, it has been nothing but bad karma.

The bracelets were nothing like I expected So I tried several ways to reach a person to speak with. I did have a conversation with Mays and then Anny and was finally told to return products for a refund. On February 28, 2026 I put the items in the mail at the post office. On the payment receipt it shows delivery date and signature of person who signed for the package. Inside was a list of order numbers, #85580 and #85582, with items returned and costs and total refund that I should receive. When can I expect my refund? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Do not buy anything from this company complete fraud keep taking money out of my account every month only bought one bracelet and they do not reply to any emails

I had an issue contacted them and get my issue was resolved very quickly

I ordered the FluxMesh Grounding Bedsheet but it did not fit my bed the way I anticipated. They did send me a return label and it got returned. Getting credit back is another matter. It's been over a month with promises of credit being given but nothing happening.

Terrible fraud company to order from. They did not respond to emails and I just notice they are charging my credit card $7.90 a month calling it a recurring charge. Impossible to get in touch with anyone. The mala necklace looked cheap and took a long time to receive. I probably sent them 6 or 7 emails and they never responded.

The company scammed me. After I made a purchase of two Tibetan bracelets in memory of the monks peace walk, I was subsequently charged a recurring charge of $7.90 each month for 2 months until I caught it. I have reported them to Palm Beach police department.

They take your money and send low quality items that are not genuine items. The bracelets are cheapest quality and are not adjustable as they claim they are. No response to my emails. SCAMMERS!!

Placed 2 orders, they took my money, no confirmation, no order number, no shipment. I did some tracking them down and they are owed by Amber Collective, PTY, in Australia, and they also are registered in Delaware. I am further pursuing this.

Have sent several emails re Tibetan bracelets but no acknowledgement received.
They have the money now so the money back guarantee does not apply.

On their policy form they state they deliver within a certain time. This hasn’t happened and more money taken from my account. They finally responded and returned the extra money taken and promised a refund. As you can guess. Nothing arrived

False advertising. Ordered crystals but received cheap mam made beads. No owners or operators registered with the company. Fraudulent page. Details on their website are incorrect. They don’t reply to complaints. Do not use them!!!!

Ordered 3 bracelets that were also supposed to be prayed over but got nothing regarding any prayers. Couple months later the gold-tone finish started coming off. Wrote to customer service 4 or 5 times over the last 5 months. They kept telling me they were trying to figure out a resolution. Finally they told me it's too late for a refund and if I didn't want to wear them to put them by a candle and use them for meditation/praying! That's not what I bought them for!

These guys are scammers!!! They have a great ad about a lapis lazuli necklas. When the order arrives it's sodalite or some other look alike. Which is about 1/10th the value of lapis lazuli. If you make the mistake of ordering through paypal then they keep your money. As paypal allows scammers to scam you.

Wish I had come here first. Absolute scam. I've now waited weeks and weeks. Keep saying it's coming please be patient. You'll be enhancing their good luck and fortune whilst spending your hard earned cash.

so here's the update, I have contacted support 3 times to set up a return for the unsuitable, unadjustable bracelet. NO REPLY at all but still get adverts even though unsubscribed. This is a scam. But I'm happy for their own karma to catch up with them

Terrible company who lie and stole my money. Shipped my goods to an address up North, I am in Kent and refused to refund my money. Worst shopping experience I have had!

Horrible experience with Karma Items. They charged me for 4 bracelets when I only ordered 3. In addition to this I wrote to cancel the initial order, and was given the option to cancel the order before shipment by Estela at Karma Items. And yet they persisted to send it regardless of the mails that I sent to their "24/7" service. No one has responded to my emails or call since. It's outrageous. My bank is now involved as well as UPS to return to sender. How does a so called spiritual company put a customer through this? It's really baffling.
