I found a great T shirt design on this company’s insta. But worried about negative reviews I came across, some saying it was a scam company. Liked the design so much I ordered anyway. Got email confirmation after ordering them rather vague shipping messages. However, after 3 weeks my T arrived. Excellent quality heavy duty shirt, the design looks even better in real life. Fit is a generous small- perfect size for me. Will buy again, with full confidence next time

Excessively long shipping times. Yes, the orders come from China. Extremely cheap packaging. Garbage bag material with tape. My package was completely ripped apart and the contents were obviously thrown across 6000 miles before being stuffed back into the shredded garbage bag. Not too mention the plastic clothing bags were all damp and dirty. They offer expedited shipping but that’s nonsense. They should refund you if it exceeds the advertised shipping timeframe or don’t offer it at all. They blame the courier service for everything. That does nothing for the customer. Funny how they want to avoid refunds at all costs. Horrible experience with this company. I’ll send everything to the cleaners and donate the clothes to a homeless shelter. What a waste of money.

I ordered an XL sweatshirt, which is what I always wear. They sent me a size I could not even get on me. When I contacted them about a return they advised me to sell it secondhand. Their website about being satisfied is not accurate. If your order is wrong you eat it. And trust me, their sizes are off. The following is an edit after I read their reply. I'm pretty sure I know what size sweatshirt I wear. Their supposed sizing chart would not have made any difference in the product they sent me. Instead of trying to make it right, they're clearly blaming me for my "mistake" and asking if there is anything I don't understand.... What I don't understand is how in the hell they thought what they sent me was an XL. Maybe like an extra large in kids sizes. It may perhaps fit a husky 12-year-old lol but certainly not me. Trust me, you don't want to deal with these people... I just basically gave away 40 bucks.

Well they're communiction when my package went missing was terrible, i had to use paypal to get it sorted and it took a month, the package had been left outside my front door and i guess it was stolen, i will never use this company again, useless ! Theyve just cost me 36 us dollars, if i could give -5 stars i would.i really would avoid them tracking useless, communication useless and once your money is in thier bank account, your item is dumped outside your front door with no thought of theft, thats your problem now

③ You said your package was lost or stolen at your doorstep, why didn't you report it to the police?
④ You did not specify "signature required" in your shipping address, so the logistics company used their standard delivery method.
⑤ Once the package is shipped, its safety is the responsibility of the logistics company, and they have delivered it safely. If your package was stolen or lost at your doorstep, why should we be responsible for your loss?
⑥ You mentioned in your email that your community has poor security, which suggests that package theft is common. Why didn't you immediately seek police assistance?
⑦ PayPal has already ruled in our favor, do you have any further evidence to provide?
⑧ All these circumstances indicate that you may have already received the package, but you want to refuse payment and get the goods for free, so you are using the excuse of a lost package to demand a refund from us.

T-shirt was ordered in large size with a specified maximum size of 42.9" chest but delivered much larger at 47.5". As they ship from China returns practically impossible, as they say themselves. They refused to ship the right size although it would probably cost them very little to rectify.
