Kandy For Scale Arvostelua

I just purchased the 500 templates for health and beauty brands, and I have to say the quality is really impressive. They truly overdeliver in terms of content and value, and honestly, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews here. Maybe some of their other products aren’t as strong, but for just a few bucks, this one provides a ton of value and will be super helpful for our brand.

Effective, makes it a lot easier for us to make good statics

Never paid us the 700 euro invoice for translations services we delivered to them.

This is a scam.
They don’t respond anywhere, not by email, not by phone, not on social media. There is zero communication. This needs to be reported to Meta so their account gets blocked. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still allowed to operate.

When I try to download what I bought I always had to fill out a form to then be forwarded where I couldn’t access or download the product I bought. I have contacted support via mail but never got a response.

They sent me a broken link and didn’t reply or help me get the product. I can’t get my money back nor what I ordered. Do not recommend.

SCAM!!!! AVOIDDDD THEM AT ALL COST

A total scam. I will have to open a chargeback with the bank to get my money back and you should too.

The templates are really bad, and the customer service is non exist.

They claim a "no question" refund policy but it is not true at all.

AVOID AVOID and open a chargeback with your bank!!!!

Lovely product, Lovely that they even made a scaling guide that was written clearly and provided a solid roadmap for scaling. Thank you for the valuable product

Hi bought 29 Kandy Statics Pack | 1000 Canva & Figma Templates I it was to messy. A lot of templates that make no sense. Only 3 niches... A waste of time.

I asked for a refund inside the 14 days policy with "no questions asked. Yep no questions, but no anwsers too.

A fraud and scam. Don't EVER buy anything from this guy.

I purchased a digital product from this company after reading their clearly stated 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Despite knowing the templates might not fully suit my brand (home fragrance), I trusted their policy and decided to give it a try.

Within just one hour of purchase, I realized the templates were completely unsuitable and immediately requested a refund. Instead of honoring their own policy, their support team began pushing back, demanding “constructive feedback” and refusing to refund me unless they personally deemed my reason valid—completely contradicting the “no-questions-asked” claim on their website.

I followed up multiple times, and now they are completely ignoring my emails. This feels deceptive and dishonest. If you’re considering buying from them based on their refund guarantee—don’t. The policy appears to be a marketing trick, not something they actually stand behind.

Extremely disappointed. This was a small purchase, but the lack of integrity speaks volumes.

Had a call scheduled with them and no one turned up. No communication whatsoever despite emailing

doesnt reply to support email. encounter it many times already

The product link was broken and the static ad templates could not be accessed.

total scam... There are no templates. I contacted support 5x, no replies. Their merchant company is located in Lithuania, which is another red flag.

Very nice and useful templates. Thank you

Bought a creative package and never got it

Their links dont work, sent multiple emails last week, still nothing.

Either 1. they have extremely terrible customer support or 2. they just dont actually have the product and bank on people not charging it back on their card.

I used a credit card so will easily get my money back, extremely disappointing to say the least.

I placed an order never received the product. I contacted their email no reply. Unfortunately after payment you receive a link to a quiz instead of getting the digital assets.

I will despute it through bank and report merchant to Shopify. I advice everyone to do the same. If do not receive full refund response Order #KA9044.

If refunded I will remove and update my review and view.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! SCAM!!! Good reviews are FAKE!!!
They will charge your card month by month. Forwarded to Financial Crimes Investigation Service of Lithuania!!!

I purchased a $67 ad creative bundle and the confirmation email contained two download links that took me through a marketing quiz and then to a Notion page with no download links to the product.

I then booked a call with their team through the quiz function, and the organiser - Aistis Matulaitis - cancelled it straight away with no explanation.

I then wrote to their customer service team requesting a refund for the product I paid for and did not receive and have not heard back from them.

I will be pursuing this with Shopify and my bank.

Avoid Kandy for Scale AT ALL COSTS.
