Kandoo was amazing 🤩. The guides were awesome and the support team were outstanding! Even the set up for breaks along the way made everyone else envious. Kandoo is top notch from beginning to end and everything in between. Highly recommend!

Our driver/guide, Tony, was incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with during our two-day safari. His care and attention to the requirements of our granddaughter (20 months old) was incredible. NOTHING was too much trouble and he ensured we had an amazing experience and missed nothing!

From the planning phase to the completion of the trip, the office staff, local support and guides were fantastic. Everyone was extremely supportive and always on the look out for any problems or ways to may the experience better. They went out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable experience.

What an experience. The booking team were great and provided lots of information and guidance before we left.

The team on the ground were exceptional. I mean when I look back on the level of service we received I am not sure how they can top it.

Lead guide Raymond was incredible. Fully in control and yet accommodating and flexible.

From Day 1 it was clear our safety and health was top priority.

The whole team on the ground including all of the porters were friendly, kind and played their part in a massive team effort to get 100% of our group to the summit.

The cook …. Well he was a legend. I have eaten in huts in the Alps and the standard of food we received was a level up from that. Carried by people and cooked in a tent. It was truly sensational.

If you are thinking about doing Kilimanjaro and want to remove some of the worries about food and safety - pick Kandoo.

I had been looking on the Kandoo website concerning the Three Passes Trek for years and finally had the available time to do it. Kandoo definitely did not disappoint and made this an unbelievable trip and memory for me. Logistics were top notch and I felt that everything was very coordinated. My guide Chhesang was incredible and was a fey factor in my being able to complete the Three Passes Trek. I would recommend Kandoo to any looking to complete the Three Passes Trek as I felt they were an incredibly professional and organized company.

Kandoo provide a personal service and take ensuring you have the best trip very seriously. Their information is clear and they keep you updated with trip plans. Accommodation is the best available in the area you travel and their guides are very knowledgeable and highly trained.

We were booked on the O trek to Torres Del Paine but due to the recent tragedy that part of the park was closed. Kandoo reorganised the first few days of the trip to enable us to have a really good experience and then complete the W trek as scheduled. The communication, organisation and the trekking company & guides were all excellent.

From the first experience of booking to the delivery of our trek in Patagonia Kandoo have provided exceptional customer service and high quality trekking.

The staff in the office are fantastic and they kept us updated when the trek itinerary had to be changed. On the ground the guides and campsites were excellent.

So i am a total novice when it comes to trecking and adventure.
I booked almost 12 months in advance for everest basecamp which i did for charity. I had too many questions over the 12 months but nothing was too much trouble for joanna and shelly. If im honest they baby sat me all the way. Pock up in katmandu airport was seamless and accommodation at the mulberry is second to none. The team in katmandu helped me get money changed and get a local sim card as well as hire equipment.
The treck was the hardest thing i have ever done and my guide Mikma became a friend on this treck as did my porter amar.
Without these two I would never have completed the treck.
Even when unwell on the last day of treck they looked after me getting me in the direction of a pharmacy and a helicopter to lukla on the last day.
Its a fantastic set up, fully recommend, and if you can get mikma and amar as you guide and porter.you will not be disappointed

The trip itself was brilliantly organised with local expertise. From the Team Leader, Guides and Porters nothing was too much trouble. A great experience all round!

We had a lovely time in beautiful Bhutan with our incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable guide Ugyen, who was a wealth of historical and Buddhist knowledge and an amazing storyteller, and Yentin, our driver who was wonderful and always there with kindness for us! It was unforgettable!
