My experience with Kally Sleep has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to their customer service and the terms of their advertised free trial.
I agreed to try the pillow because of the advertised trial period. However, when I decided that the pillow wasn't suitable for me, I discovered that returning it involved an extortionate cost, with the pillow having to be sent to a charity rather than back to Kally Sleep. This was not something I understood when I agreed to the trial.
Had I known about these excessive return costs beforehand, I would never have ordered the pillow in the first place. In my opinion, a free trial is misleading if customers are not made fully aware of the potentially substantial costs involved in returning the product.
What has made this experience even worse is the complete lack of response from customer service. I have sent several emails explaining my concerns and asking for a response, but nobody has replied. I have also contacted the company through the contact form on their website, specifically explaining that I was receiving no response, and still heard nothing back. I have now contacted them again to make it clear that I intend to escalate the matter.
I appreciate that a pillow may not suit everyone, and that is precisely why a trial period is useful. However, customers should be able to make an informed decision about the trial terms before purchasing, and they should be able to expect a response when they raise a legitimate concern.
The combination of the unexpectedly high return costs and the complete lack of customer service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I would not have ordered this pillow had I known what returning it would involve.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering Kally Sleep to check the return terms and costs very carefully before ordering, rather than assuming that the advertised free trial means they can try the pillow without facing substantial costs if it doesn't work for them.

I ordered the Sports Recovery Body Support Pillow early Monday morning (Order ref: #12933). The website showed it as in stock with no notice of pre-orders, backorders, or fulfillment delays at checkout. Kally Sleep’s published policy states that they strive to dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. We are now into Thursday afternoon—well past 72 business hours—and no dispatch notification or tracking details have been generated. I emailed customer support after 48 hours morning to ask for a simple status check, but have not had a reply. I understand minor operational delays happen, but taking payment on an in-stock item without either dispatching it within the advertised window or answering a support enquiry leaves customers in the dark. I need this pillow specifically for a shoulder injury. Please confirm today whether it has shipped, or when tracking will be provided?

The pillow is great, but it takes a bit of getting used to. Also it tends to sag overnight, so I have to punch it back into place when I wake during the night, which I do a lot but not because of the pillow. All in all, very happy with this pillow and would recommend.

Ordered the ultimate side sleeper pillow. It's hard and uncompromising, holds my head at the wrong angle. Bought on the recommendation of the Which report, but it's nothing special. Save your money, there's a lot better out there.

My pillow arrived quickly and is super comfortable, it had completely alleviated my neck pain after a couple of weeks, with noticeable difference after even the first night.

Took a week for the pillow to soften up a bit. Was like sleeping on a concrete pillow night. Head, neck and shoulders were in tatters. Now it's been broken, it is very comfortable. Cannot comment on durability, 2 weeks in and it is holding up - I have my reservations I may continue to gradually collapse but I remain optimistic.

Good pillow case for my Kelly Sleep V/side sleeper pillow. Was more than I wanted to pay but all other brands are not big enough so had no choice.
Happy with it apart from that.

Delivery was direct from the manufacturer and quick. I like the pillows which are nice and supportive but they are a bit deep in my opinion.

Placed an order, which was they dispatched with Evri, this has meant my order has not arrived. And going by other peoples reviews here I will strugle to ge Kally Sleep to resolve this

No assumptions have been made, I emailed the address you gave put here on the 25th and as of today 6th still have not heard back from you. I'd recommend replying to customers who raise concerns on the email address you have provided

I purchased the reflux pillow and so far I’m very happy with it. It’s comfortable to sleep on and has helped quite a lot with my reflux at night. The whole ordering process was easy and delivery was on time. Good product and good service.

Arrived promptly and well packed. A bit of a struggle to get into existing pillow protectors and pillowcases. Comfortable and only need one pillow where previously used two. Haven’t noticed a marked improvement in sleep but have had a cough so not a fair trial. Neck and back might be a bit better - too soon to tell.

A bit pricey but good quality and quickly delivered

The pillow did helped my shoulder pain. But, there's always a but! Time will tell, how long it will keep it's shape. The filling 'might' move?

Fast on delivery but their returns service is another story.

Their customer service is incredibly slow and I’ve been waiting nearly a month for my refund.

I had to pay (£10) to post my return and have spent extra time chasing up the return since. So far I’d be better off not returning anything. Bought from this company because they offered a no hassle trail period, which has so far turned out to be a lie.

The evri website remained on we are expecting this item for over a week and after repeated emails I received nothing back from the company at all in regards the order or delivery. This is very bad service and no customer service at all.
I have now had to request a refund for this item and am hoping that I then get an answer from this company. I remain really disappointed in this matter and would advise anyone not to order from this company. I shall source a reflux pillow from another provider

Good general experience however the pillow itself has uneven spread of filling so in the middle it has hardly any stuffing and therefore dips. Disappointing for the amount paid

I came a across Kally Sleep while looking for options to help with an issue, I am glad I did. The company offers products at a competitive price and a range of products.

I picked up the ultimate side sleeper pillow and it's changed my sleeping habits, it's an absolutely wonderful product, which has relieved a problem for me and is an easy recommendation for me.

I rarely leave reviews but felt this was necessary due to the shocking experience I have had so far with this company. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering!
Order placed 16/07/2026 and advised 3-5 days for delivery. Still wasn’t despatched 28/07/2026 so chased. That triggered the despatch. Arrived 30/07/2026 (2 weeks later!!) but item missing yet charged for. Raised on 30/07/2026 and again 01/08/2026 and no response. Being left with no option but to raise to recover the undelivered item costs from my bank due to no communication and product being unusable without the missing part.
To date, I have had NO communication in relation to delays, updates or courteous acknowledgments of emails. They seem the employ someone to respond to/defending damming reviews on here though… the company changes they refer to making have clearly not worked!

Disgusted with this company! One month of nagging and emailing to get my refund and I’ve given in and disputed through PayPal! Something is clearly not working on the customer service side, you need to check your emails and reply!!! If you’re desperate enough to order from this website make sure you use PayPal so you’re covered for being screwed over!

I had been looking for some good pillows for a while and I bought these by recommendation from which. The product is fantastic and does exactly as it was advertised. I was suffering with reoccurring neck problems and now the problem has gone. It was a great service, delivery on time and a fantastic price. Worth every penny and I would definitely buy them again in the future.
