I actually ordered from the USA, and they did an amazing job despite the bad snowstorm we had. In which it was delivered late for that reason. However, the process along the way was great!

Avoid this company. Returned a hoodie (as I needed a smaller size) but received an email stating that I had returned the item stained and without tags which was NOT true. They offered to send the top back at a cost of £4! I have found at least two trust pilot reviews stating that this has happened to other people. It’s their word against mine. Will never use this company again.

I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with your return. I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you, especially when you believe the item was returned in good condition.
I have checked with our returns department regarding the returned item. Unfortunately, the inspection revealed that the item appears to be worn, including signs of staining, and the tags were unattached. This condition renders the item unsellable, which is why we are unable to offer a refund in this instance. Our returns team has also provided images that clearly show the marks on the item.
As a gesture of goodwill and to ensure you are not left without the item, we have arranged to return it to you without charging the postage fee.

Bad service for returns
I ordered a track suit for my niece, it didn’t fit so we requested a return. I had to pay for the return. I sent it back the day after it arrived and delivery was confirmed by Royal Mail 2 days later. I contacted them after 10 days as I still hasn’t received a refund they assured me my refund was being processed and to contact them if I didn’t receive it. A week later I had to contact them again. They replied saying they had now processed the refund but would only refund for the tracksuit bottoms and sent me a photo of the top with a stain on which wasn’t there when I posted it. They also said the top smelt of perfume. My niece had the top in for about 5 minutes to try, it hadn’t been worn and I felt angry that they would suggest this. I feel it’s more likely that as it was sitting in their warehouse for two weeks before they processed my refund they got it mixed up with another return or the stain happened in transit or in the warehouse. They offered to send it back to me if I paid postage!! Certainly wouldn’t buy from this company. Terrible service.
Update: I have received follow up contact from the company, having reviewed my return they are offering me a full refund and have apologised for the inconvenience.
