I have about 10 different Kaiia sets, different styles and materials etc and have zero complaints. So comfy, anffordable and good quality, wash really well and they are very true to size. I always get asked where my clothes are from when I’m wearing anything Kaiia. Love all of their clothing so much and so glad I found their site

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but Kaiia's customer service was super quick and helpful! They got back to me within an hour and, even though they couldn't change the order, they offered a full refund so I could reorder the correct size. Disregard for privacy laws
Ordered a gift for someone. Specifically requested no further promotional or marketing emails. I’ve now received 3 marketing emails in 2 days. This company has a complete disregard for the privacy laws. If this continues I’ll contact the ICO.
You need to look into who is sending me the marketing emails as it does not allow me to put an email address in the review for you to look into !!

Great customer service
Ordered a couple of items on standard 2-3 day delivery but noticed after after 2 days that they had not been dispatched. Emailed customer services and Amy & Marie were straight onto it with a reply and more importantly located the order and sent it on upgraded delivery foc so I still recieved the shipment within the original delivery time.

5* service recieved from Lucy, I accidentally sent 2 items back, instead of the one I had intended too, I was worried I would only be refunded for the one, but I was reassured by Lucy that the issue would be resolved and sure enough, my refund was confirmed that same day, Lucy gave excellent customer service and was so polite, she is an asset to your company for sure!
