After 10 uses :
Good quality of the Kaddey but
- to heavy for me (bag and Kaddey attached) to put in the car. So I made the decision to load the Kaddey and the golf bag separately
- The little wheel is lot of time blocked when the soil is rich and wet.
- It's not easy to remove and reattach the front wheel
I'm considering selling it for lighter equipment

Je viens d’avoir ce chariot en 2 roues et comme disait Jacques Brel au plat pays il va bien, mais il n’est vraiment pas conçu pour les pentes !! Je n’ose même pas imaginer avec un parapluie et un peu de vent !! Vu le prix je suis déçu quand même.

Everything went smoothly. Shipment was quick and mounting of the carts very Easy. Products are great. I had some contacts with customer service and it was perfect.

Ik ben in principe heel erg tevreden met m'n Kaddey golfspullen, net zoals hier ook eigenlijk alleen maar positieve reviews. En ondanks dat wil ik toch een minder leuke ervaring delen.
Namelijk het loslaten van het loopvlak van 1 van mijn wielen en de afhandeling hiervan. Het loopvlak van 1 van mijn wielen van m'n Kaddey switch laat dus vrij plotseling los, met wat kunst en vliegwerk de ronde wel kunnen afmaken. De "schade" netjes bij Kaddey gemeld, waarop gereageerd wordt met "uw garantie is verlopen", u kunt in de shop nieuwe wielen kopen. Na een uiteenzetting hoe ik daar over dacht wordt mij 10% korting beloofd. 10% die iedereen elke sale al krijgt... en een los loopvlak is niet beschikbaar. De velg is immers nog prima in orde.

Ik snap heel goed dat het geen garantie is, maar stuur mij dan 1 gebruikt wiel op. En daar wil ik best wat voor betalen. De klantenservice scoort bij mij geen punten zo.

I have a Kaddey Trolley and bag. I then purchased their recommended umbrella connector for the trolley. However connecting an umbrella to this trolley has proven a nightmare. If there is any wind at all the trolley blows over and destroys the umbrella as well as getting everything dirty. I reported this to Kaddey and got a not our fault response as they state in connector sales details not to leave brolly up if trolley not attended. The trolley was static and next to me on two occasions and once when. I was pushing it. Very poor for a premium priced trolley. In other words the trolley is not suitable for use in the rain if there is any wind at all. A very disappointed customer!

Order sent and paid for at the end of november 25, got a promise to be livered by the enf of january 26

I think my trolley is fantastic, both visually and functionally. A real eye-catcher. The company's service is also very good and professional. If there's anything to criticize, it's the external putter holder on the golf bag, which covers the zippers of the outer pockets. I find that very impractical. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the product.

Finger weg davon. Nur Ärger damit. Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dieser Bestellung insgesamt enttäuschend.
Die Bestellung wurde von mir vollständig und ordnungsgemäß bezahlt. Ein Teilbetrag lief über Klarna. Aufgrund einer nicht ordnungsgemäßen Lieferung durch den beauftragten Versanddienstleister – das Paket wurde unbeaufsichtigt und ohne Übergabe auf dem Grundstück abgestellt – konnte die Ware zunächst nicht aufgefunden werden und wurde erst am Wochen später entdeckt.
Da es zu keiner zeitnahen Klärung kam, nahm Klarna gemäß den geltenden AGB eine Rückbuchung vor. Der verbleibende Betrag wurde anschließend von mir vollständig beglichen, indem ich diesen auf die vom Unternehmen per E-Mail mitgeteilte IBAN überwiesen habe, welche mit der IBAN auf der Rechnung übereinstimmte. Aus meiner Sicht sind damit alle Forderungen vollständig ausgeglichen. Kaddey behauptet jedoch ich hätte nicht bezahlt!
Was mich zudem enttäuscht hat, ist der Umgang mit der Situation:
Trotz des klaren Lieferfehlers außerhalb meines Verantwortungsbereichs wurde mir weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Form von Kompensation oder konstriver Lösung angeboten. Der gesamte zusätzliche Aufwand und Ärger blieb vollständig bei mir.
Ich hätte mir hier mehr Kundenorientierung, Transparenz und Verantwortungsübernahme gewünscht – insbesondere, da die Verantwortung für eine ordnungsgemäße Lieferung bis zur tatsächlichen Übergabe beim Verkäufer liegt.

Auf E-Mails zu Reklamationen wird nicht geantwortet!

J'ai commandé le 30 en novembre dernier un accessoire de chariot de golf.
N'ayant rien reçu le 14 décembre j'ai publié un avis défavorable.
Très rapidement la société Kaddey m'a répondu qu'ils faisaient le nécessaire j'ai aussitôt retiré mon avis.
Depuis rien n'a bougé et aucunes nouvelles malgré deux mails

Ich hatte einen Defekt an meinem Switch3…
Gefühlt hatte ich das Problem noch nicht ganz geschildert, war schon ein neuer Switch3 inkl. Rücksendeetikett für den defekten auf dem Weg zu mir…
In 3 Tagen war alles erledigt und ich wieder auf dem Golfplatz 👍
