Memorial sweatshirts

This is the second time ordering, the first hoodie with our dogs is my husband's favorite and I'm sure this one will be tied for first. We lost our orange boy recently, and this is the perfect way to keep him close to our hearts. Thank you for your beautiful designs and hard work 🧡

Communication with Just Lyne had been…

Communication with Just Lyne had been extremely easy. I order the wrong size sweatshirt, when I discovered my mistake I sent an email to customer service and the size was corrected with in the hour.

Simply Dynomite

Simply Dynomite. Talented artists. Very accommodating of revision requests. Efficient ordering process, with the ability to modify order details. But most important... their clean line drawings beautifully capture the charisma of our furry buddies.

Customer service is nonexistent

I accidentally hit the 35% off button and somehow ordered a second sweatshirt. I have contacted the company numerous times via email to their customer service address and have never had a response. There is no phone number to contact them and the only way is through email. The only response I've ever received is from a chatbot with a cute name but is completely useless. I am afraid that once the sweatshirt is produced I will own it.
