This blouse is lovely but no one in their wildest dreams could call it beige and black, ivory possibly but certainly not beige so I was disappointed I will keep as I like the style

The skirt was far too large despite it…
The skirt was far too large despite it being a small size. The colour was supposed to be navy but it was a blue/green colour.

After a problem with delivery (caused by Royal Mail) and speedy intervention by a member of your staff the parcel arrived next day by DPD.
The goods are nice quality. Unfortunately, of the 8 items ordered, 3 do not fit well and are being returned. I am very pleased with the other 5 items

Delivery slow compared to other places
Delivery slow compared to other places. Paid extra 99p for next day delivery but it took a full week . Excellent quality at sensible price so worth the wait.

I would have happily given a 5star…
I would have happily given a 5star review for the quality of product and fast delivery service but unfortuneately one of the T-shirts was not the colour I had ordered. Replacement was offered quickly and without fuss but opening the original delivery was a disappointment.

I have bought clothes from Just Elegance before & they have all been very good quality & fit well. Made in the UK too which you don't see much of anymore. I would definitely recommend Just Elegance.
I have bought clothes from Just Elegance previously (when it was joined with other manufacturers as Leading Labels) but this shop closed down which was sad as I prefer to try clothes on at a shop. They have all been good quality & Made in the UK which is great. The two blouses I have bought recently are a very good fit & look great too. I shall be buying again from Just Elegance.
