Poor Busines practices

The practice of charging me at an estimated rate of driving i never reach is poor business practice. All because i dont upload a photo intime. Thats rediculous.

Horrible money grubbing company

Horrible money grubbing company. I had to double check this was a real business after they fought tooth and nail over a fender bender I didn't cause. They overcharge, horrible customer service, skip the headache use a real insurance provider.

Rates keep going higher and higher

Rates keep going higher and higher. Started off really low and suddenly it was an increase. Customer service is horrible as if they didn't even have a department 😆 they base their rates on your credit as well. I have great credit and have screenshots to prove it yet they say it's unavailable. This company is a sham and they know exactly what they're doing and they take advantage. No type of building customer relationships or anything of that sort. These are probably the reasons why it's lower in price compared to other companies. Don't like my honest review? Then Get ahold of me and prove me wrong.

Just is the way to go

I needed insurance at a good rate and that's exactly what Just provided. The process was simple and the app is very user friendly. Autopay was available so I am at ease knowing my payments are on time. Just keeps you informed of your policy. I would highly recommend to a friend

Difficult and inaccurate

Difficult and inaccurate.
My rates keep rising because you insist my credit score is not sufficient, but that is a blatant attempt to commit fraud, and I will be reporting this to the authorities now that I have gathered the needed evidence.
