It's great and cheap

The customer service is horrible. They’re rude and unprofessional plus they charge you extra money without your concern. Don’t do just and get a real insurance company.

I like this insurance.. no problems. I always get a fast response to my questions.

I've been with just insurance on and off for the last 3 years I've never had no problems with them it's easy to deal with them the cheapest that I found

Easy customer friendly

I love that I only have to pay per mile and if I was in another vehicle or if I walked I can dispute the trip and it automatically takes off that trip and how much it costed this app has been great

Today I talked with Whitney, a representative for Just Insure and she was quick to answer my call and was very friendly, courteous and professional. I had some questions about the company’s app and Whitney was a good listener and patiently explained the app’s features and what the various icons stood for. She was well-informed and reconfirmed my understanding about the company’s policies and the instructions for using the app. I was glad to have a real live person on the phone as a representative as they give the best customer service, not those auto-line soul-less voices. Whitney was very polite and made me feel that the company really appreciated my business. I would highly recommend her to others who may be interested in using the services of this company and would be happy to have her as my representative in the future. Customer service is the lifeblood of any business and Whitney provided excellent service.

This is by far the best insurance company I've used for Auto ever. They're inexpensive, great customer service, and the range of things and ways you can pay is by far the best. Plus you can insure your car the day you buy the policy, not a lot will let you do that without a huge fee.

It does not have bullshit. I pay what I owe. No bullshit meaning meaningless contracts of pricing due to credit, other insurance companies pay history, and finally pricing is fair to me. No middle man, no one else to feed but letting the customer pay what he owes. Easy contact in case of questions. No price hikes. No nonsense bullshit.

Very honest : they had understand on some of my tough situations and had gave me the opportunity to restore my policy, when messages or chatting always the a fast reply and #1 trying there's best to resolve my issues 👍🏽

I was insured with "Just Insure" briefly between July 2022 - Mar 2023. Last Month, I found that they never reported my Auto insurance to credit agency LexisNexis (google consumer risk lexisnexis ) . I believe this company keep history of all your personal details and is accessed by Insurance companies while offering insurance quotes.

As Just Insure did not report my Auto coverage, popular insurance companies saw it as a gap in Auto insurance and quoted me a high insurance rates in subsequent years. I was always wondering that why my rates are so high with a very good history of safe driving, free of any ticket, accident or insurance claims.

I was unaware of this until last month, when Geico informed me that they can't insure me as I have policy gap in past years. I was shocked to hear this as I have a squeaky clean Auto insurance history.

I contacted LexisNexis risk reporting agency (as suggested by Geico) and found this in their report. Now I am trying to get it fixed. But because of this lapse by Just Insure, I paid high insurance rate all these years. This is unethical and unprofessional on their part and will never do business with them.

Beware! if you ever been their customer, check your LexisNexis report for this kind of lapse.
