It keeps us in control to use the car and create a habit of walking for shorter distance :) Walking gives us the health benefit and pay per mile helps us to save money :)

Thank you for your feedback.
The way JURNY works is that, in addition to a small monthly fee, you pay for the miles you drive at your quoted rate per mile. The mileage estimate your provide at point of quote is only there to estimate what the policy will cost you as your quoted rate per mile if you drive that mileage. If you drive less you pay less, and if you drive more you pay more. There is no specific miles that your policy is set to. How many miles you actually drive is up to you.

For one the insurance is perfect for me…
For one the insurance is perfect for me as i dont do to many miles per year so i save around £200. two the dashboard is great for keeping an eye on where and when i drive my car. and last the staff at the call centre are so helpful if you have any problems. This is why i give it 5 stars.

I’ve been charged a ridiculous amount…
I’ve been charged a ridiculous amount for insurance I drive 3 miles a day fitted box and been charged £15 aWEEK that £60 per month I choose you fitted box as insure on use you have over charged me I use my car 4 miles a day

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you are unhappy on this occassion.
The way JURNY works is that, in addition to a small monthly fee, you pay for the miles you drive at your quoted rate per mile. We would never charge you more per mile. Before you purchased the policy, we gave you an annual cost estimate based on how many miles you said you would drive. If you drive less than that over the year then you pay less, but if you drive more than you said you would then you would pay more. You cost per mile remains the same though unless you make any changes to your policy. You also paid a £100 set up fee, which will be refunded to you after 6 months of being on the policy.
We have reviewed your policy and can see that, in less than 6 months you have already driven more miles than you estimated for 12 months.
Our customer service team have attempted to contact you via phone and email to discuss this further. If you would like to speak to someone then please do give us a call on the number provided in the email sent to you.
