DO NOT BUY ANYTHING …
Junique are utter rubbish , it took fifteen days for my parcel to arrive .when I emailed customer services I was told there is an issue with my product .
Which if you read all the revues they tell everyone the same excuse .
Poor quality of picture ,then they offered me 15 percent off my next purchase , lol 😂 like that was going to happen.
Do not ever use these clowns and study the comments left by customers on here .
All there stuff comes from Germany , as it’s cheaper for them to buy there .
Never again , that’s another customer they have lost , added to the growing list 👍👍

Quick and efficient customer service and lovely, good value, prints

The hiccup with the delivery company was solved extremely quickly, with no problems or complaints from the staff. It is such a pleasure communicating with JUNIQE.

I purchased two notebooks and they are almost ok except that the imagery on both notebooks is off centre! There is more white space on the right side of both notebooks and its hard to ignore. The image on the website is proportional. It is a very simple fix and one would think you test print these covers to get them right but this just seems like pure laziness.

Great quality, quick delivery. I will use them again.

Junique is a brilliant place to find the perfect art for your home. It has an extensive range to suit everyone’s taste. The whole service from ordering, packaging & delivery are excellent! The artwork itself is high quality & the frames are high quality also. I absolutely love my pictures & would definitely use again & highly recommend to friends! 10/10

Had received some prints recently, although in plastic frames quality is acceptable for price. However then ordered a larger print with wooden hanger which arrived creased, which makes it unusable without a surround frame. I've raised a refund request and decided to accept a voucher for ease of processing. However over 10 days later I'm still awaiting a response. No other way of making contact which is really disappointing given the emphasis this company seem to put on customer service.

Good quality prints, good price

The collection of prints available is very good, and the options to customise the order are very handy. The delivery was timely and well done and the quality of the print + frame is amazing. Very much recommend!

I am so fed up with this appalling company - please don't buy anything here! I ordered a print on June 24th and was told it had shipped on the same day but was told it was not a tracked shipment. Nearly 10 working days later and I'm still waiting for my print!!!! And I think the most frustrating thing is there is absolutely NO way of getting hold of them at all. They say there is a contact form on their website but there is NOT and they have some infuriating and utterly useless chatbot. I finally found an email address hidden away somewhere and contacted them and had the most annoying reply asking me to rate my assistance. But I'd had no reply and no assistance at all!!!!
Honestly avoid avoid avoid if you want to keep your mental health! Awful company. Why would you make it so hard to contact you unless you know you're going to provide terrible service?!

Great company to deal with. Prints I ordered arrived on time and are great quality and very nice indeed. Their customer service was excellent too.

My Issue was solved promptly and the service was great. Due to a miscommunication on my side I contacted Juniqe and once they had responded (they did warn about the delay in response times) they were very apologetic (unnecessarily as it was my fault!) I would order from them again but probably in advance so that if anything happened again, i'd have time to sort it out with them.

My first package of 2 posters got lost somewhere by UPS (despite being tracked) which is a common trend over the last few months.
Juniqe was a little tricky to get hold of at first, but once I found a contact number to actually speak to someone about my issue instead of an online 'auto-robot helper', a new package was sent out within just a few days and arrived in pristine condition only a few days after that! I spoke to a friendly and competent employee called Lucy, who was extremely efficient and kept me up-to-date with the progress of my new shipment.
The quality of the posters and frames I received were also top notch.
Finally, a company who takes responsibility during Covid times and doesn't give the usual by-line of 'we can't do anything / it's out of our hands'.

Customer service is second to none, I wouldn’t hesitate in shopping here again. The team are polite, professional and responsive, I can think of a few retailers that could do with taking a leaf out of their book as I was thinking customer service was dead! Thanks guys! :)
