Spara tid & pengar - Juni är ett måste för alla företagare!
Vi har varit kunder hos Juni i ungefär 1,5 år nu, och det har verkligen gjort stor skillnad för oss. Framför allt har det förenklat allt som rör bokföring, kvittohantering och den övergripande kontrollen över bolagets utgifter. Tack vare deras smarta automatiseringar har vi kunnat minska våra bokföringstimmar med cirka 70 %, vilket sparar oss både tid och energi.
Junis flexibla finansieringslösningar har också gett oss möjlighet att växa på ett sätt som tidigare hade varit svårare. Det har helt enkelt gjort det lättare att ta nästa steg i bolagets utveckling.
En annan stor fördel är cashbacken vi får på våra medieköp och andra utgifter. Det är pengar vi tidigare gick miste om när vi enbart använde en traditionell bank.
Sammanfattningsvis sparar vi inte bara mycket tid och huvudvärk varje månad, vi sparar också pengar. Plattformen betalar i princip för sig själv, både genom färre redovisningstimmar och genom cashbacken vi får tillbaka. Kan varmt rekommendera detta till alla företagare.

De ger schyssta villkor, valutakonton, flera kort, tar inga fula avgifter, är transparenta och bygger en integration med fortnox som sparat oss dagar i manuellt bokföringsarbete.

Awful financial institute, bad support, stolen money
I have opened a business account in Juni.co. I have worked for 1 week and my account was freezed. I have received a request for documents, I have give all requested documents and after this moment nobody is not replying to me. I have asked to send me statements, give me timeframes - but no answer was received. I have sent request to Sweden regulator - now I am waiting for their reply.

Juni is by far the best fintech product out there when it comes to banking functionalities. The exchange rates are excellent, the cashback is always attractive, but what really makes it stand out is the incredibly user-friendly platform and the outstanding customer service. Truly a top-notch experience all around.

A recall request is way too difficult…
A recall request is way too difficult for them. 3 weeks ago i discovered i had made a wrong transfer by mistake, and i then asked Juni support to do a simple recall request to the recipient but this task took them 3 weeks to do and i've still not hear back. Really not the support you want from a bank. I cannot recommend this to anyone - it's very unserious.

Just awful. Would never recommend.
I would strongly urge anyone considering opening an account with Juni to go elsewhere.
Our company always paid our balances on or before the due date, however our line of credit was pulled overnight, without warning, along with a generic email stating that we no longer met their "risk adjusted return criteria." This obviously led to a very stressful time, as important payments were being declined whilst we sorted alternative arrangements.
It was impossible to get hold of anyone to speak to on the phone at Juni and had to resort to emails which were delayed in their response, considering the urgency of the matter for us, and always repeated the same generic message without further explanation of the situation.
Honestly an awful experience.

Stay Away from Juni!!! – Freezing Funds Without Reason and Causing Serious Business Losses
As the owner of ESL Dansk Distribution ApS, I feel compelled to warn others about my disastrous experience with Juni.co.
Due to Juni’s sudden and unexplained account freezing, I have lost both customers and suppliers. Without access to my own account, I have been unable to pay my suppliers on time, and I have been unable to verify or confirm incoming payments from my customers. This has caused significant damage to my company's reputation and operations.
Out of nowhere, Juni blocked my account and simply sent a generic message saying: "We have placed a temporary restriction on your account while we conduct a review, in line with our internal policies and regulatory obligations."
Since then, it has been 12 days without any real answers, despite my repeated requests to either close the account and transfer the balance to my other bank (where I have never experienced any problems) or to at least explain the reason for the freeze.
There is also the serious issue of the substantial amount of money already standing on my account. I have no idea what is happening with these funds, and Juni has refused to provide any reassurance or clarification.
Initially, I chose Juni because of their competitive prices, but now it is clear: price and quality go hand in hand. Cheap does not mean reliable.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Juni.co. They freeze your funds without cause, block your access to your own money, and hide behind standardized, meaningless responses.
If they can hold your money hostage for weeks without explanation, who knows what else they might do?
My sincere plea to Juni: respond to the blockade urgently and allow me access to my own funds.

Long standing customer, clearing full statement balance within days of receiving statement i.e. up to 30 days early.
Receive email out of the blue saying they suspending our account without any reason other than we dont meet their risk adjusted return criteria.
No idea what that means other than they don't make enough money from us to meet their return criteria.
Again, we pay on time, and mostly early within days of receiving statement date.
Stay well away from this awful company.
