Staff are very rode I never seen like this kind off Staff south hall branch I never ever visit in my life

Took my money above 50 000 rupees doesnt deliver the products, and it is more than 50 days didnt received my refund money every time you call they will say we will update you within 2 3 days but no response.
What a shame how they are damaging the reputation of a brand which was created by wounderful personality.

We bought one medium size shalwar suit from j.Gujrat. We wanted to change the size to small which was flatly refused by j.as the tag attached to suit was misplaced by ourselves. We then requested for alter the size which was also denied as the suit was manufactured by some other company.
It is a costly suit of around Rs 11000/- and now it is of no use to us. We contacted their office in Karachi but of no use.
In view of above, it is strongly suggested that one should not buy anything from such an irresponsible and rude company which does not own its product just because of its missing tag….. what a pathetic attitude. We feel very disappointed for being a regular customer of J. for so many years.

The wrost service and customer service ever seen in my life, its been more than 2 months and my order is still non delivered and now they dont even pick call, avoid shopping from j.wrostess service ever seen. Don’t buy from them specially online.

I have placed and order 3-4 weeks ago and the order has not been delivered yet.

I have also called to change the size enough time before the order was dispatched. However, I have been told that it cannot be changed.

I am highly disappointed by the customer service and no cooperation towards customers.

I have been told yesterday and today as well that the order will be delivered today for sure but it did not get delivered.

The worker Sadia was really nice, she listens, whenever you ask her about something she answers very politely. She was very kind and is really good at her job! 😊

My wife spent over a £100 in store buying clothes for myself and my boys, one of the suits was too big for me so I went in to exchange it. No exchange policy on sale items, what a joke. If it doesn't fit what am supposed to do with it now. Stupid policy for a so called international brand, they need to be fair and bring up the policy to international standards.

Their customer service has reached an appalling level of dishonesty. I placed an online order on March 3rd, paid in advance, and waited for over a week without receiving any updates or dispatch notification. My follow-up emails were completely ignored, forcing me to contact my bank to reverse the payment on March 9th. Only after the payment reversal did they finally dispatch the order—but what arrived was beyond unacceptable. The perfumes I had ordered (five in total) were crammed into a flimsy flyer, badly damaged, and seemed like display pieces.
They eventually reached out to me on March 27th, asking for confirmation that I had received the parcel. I informed them that the items were unacceptable and requested a return, to which they agreed and promised that someone would come to pick them up. Our last discussion took place on April 7th, followed by a TCS representative approaching me on April 10th. However, the representative was clueless about the situation and arrived without any proof of authorization from Junaid Jamshed's team. I insisted on proper proof of arrangement, and the representative never returned.
To make matters worse, despite their lack of follow-up, they managed to get the reversed payment canceled on April 18th by selectively presenting parts of our conversation, securing my money under false pretenses. Essentially, they attempted to take back both the goods and the payment, displaying an outrageous level of deceit.
This experience has been utterly distressing, and their actions tarnish the legacy of Junaid Jamshed, whose name deserves far better than this. I've filed a dispute with my bank and will actively post reviews wherever possible to warn others.
Adding insult to injury, they've been notorious for hiding customer reviews on Facebook—a clear red flag that should have deterred me earlier. This whole ordeal has been a wake-up call: I will never purchase from them again, and I urge others to avoid falling into the same trap.

Ordered clothes 10 days in advance of eid . Were supposed to be sent to lahore and islamabad. I mean big cities with j. Shop like less than a mile away from my home. Wanted it to be a surprise eid gift for my mom and family . Took 2 days to confirm order. 3 days to confirm shipping . 2 days to confirm arrival in city and the. Said everything closed due to eid. Surprise ruined . And get same response on e mail . Shitty as usual . Pathetic online service. Never buying from here again

I had a very bad experienced with j. I didn't but any sale item month later i brought 2 suits for 10k but yesterday i exchanged this 2 suit for 1 suit of 8k bcz of size issue with receipts so they charged me 1k extra i dont know why but i next day my mom realizes this and i went with my mom and asks for a refund they charged me extra so they told me you brought sales item i while i didn't buy any sale item so i ask if they are sale item so then give me back this sale items so they said check by yourself if they are upstairs i found that 2 suit from upstairs and tell him 2 give me back that 2 suits but they said 1 suit missing dupata is not available found yourself if there is on upstairs so i tried to found but udhr bhi nahi mila then i argue to give me that 1 suit back they said that suit was for 8k something now also yesterday on exchange they take back 4k of that suit and the next day the same suit i give back so i am buying back becasue they are giving me 5k loss so now they are saying that suit is about 8k something i don't know what sense they are using overall after arguing i brought that suit back for 7ksomething after arguing

But really bad staff i am buying from j. Since 10years but i am vey dissappointed from them overall they charged me 2 or 3k extra on block 10 gulshan at rashid minhas road branch near chaseup especially cashiers are very rude

Disappointing Customer Service at Junaid Jamsheed

I recently purchased two items from Junaid Jamsheed, and while the garments themselves were not defective or poorly made, I was extremely disappointed with the store’s customer service and its rigid, non-return policy. Unfortunately, the items did not meet my expectations in terms of fit and style , and I hoped to return or exchange them. However, the store's return policy made it impossible to do so, which felt very frustrating.

In comparison, stores like Zara, H&M, and other local boutiques in Toronto offer much more customer-friendly return and exchange options, even on items that aren't defective. This kind of flexibility goes a long way in building trust and customer satisfaction. It's a shame that Junaid Jamsheed doesn’t provide this level of service, especially when many other retailers in Toronto prioritize their customers' needs. Based on this experience, I’ll be hesitant to shop here again.

Cannot deliver on time keeps on sending u false emails thats we are looking into the matter and its been dispatched but there is nothing.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Junaid Jamshed. I ordered a dress intending to take it to another country, but they delivered it to the wrong address. When I reached out, they casually claimed it had been delivered upon further investigation they knew it’s been delivered to some one else .

For over a month, I kept following up, only to receive the same dismissive response: “We’ll look into the matter and get back to you.” No resolution, no accountability. I even suggested a simple solution—either send me the same outfit or refund my money—but they still gave me the same vague, scripted reply.

This is completely unacceptable from a brand of their stature. Their incompetence and lack of responsibility are beyond frustrating. I would strongly advise against ordering from them unless you’re prepared to deal with the worst customer service imaginable.

Everything is fine and good but the colour difference is killing me !!!!!

Lasting is getting worse day by day of all perfumes. I feel sorry to say that local brands are working more efficiently than J. In terms of perfume. And the prices are outrageous nowadays.

The items I have bought are of decent quality and fit well. The biggest issue is that the fabrics pill and wear quickly.

But I can only trust items that I purchase in the store. On two separate occasions, I’ve ordered online and received the wrong item entirely.

I ordered a special gift for my husband to celebrate our second-month anniversary, which happened to fall on Valentine’s Day. I placed the order on February 2nd and waited patiently for days for the parcel to be dispatched. I made numerous calls to customer service, and each time I was told that the delivery person had come but couldn't locate our address, so they returned without delivering the package.

Eventually, I was issued a voucher as compensation, but unfortunately, it’s of no use to me since the ready-to-wear shalwar kameez I wanted to buy is now out of stock. It feels like the company, J., has found another way to make me spend more money instead of resolving the issue. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and have decided that I will never shop with them again. An apology doesn’t help me when my plans have fallen through. I would strongly advise against ordering online from them, as I’ve had a negative experience twice this year. J. clearly isn’t committed to keeping their promises.

I placed an order on 11th February, one perfume only that needed to be delivered in the same city, it has been 8 days and no sign of delivery. They will send you a link to track your shipment delivery, but the link does not work!

Both Maaz and Asad provided extremely high customer service at the branch Green Street London. They were helpful and supporting to the items we ordered. Will be shopping there a lot more the store is very well looked after
