Wonderful trampoline! The grandkids are having a blast jumping and perfecting their skills on it. The netting walls provide unsurpassed safety and provide worry free hours of fun!!

The exterior packaging was damaged from shipping. I contacted Jumpzilla customer service about condition upon arrival and they PROMPTLY emailed and returned call. They truly showed concern and emphasized their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The trampoline was easy for 2 people to assemble. Materials are very high quality and constructed perfectly. Despite the damaged packaging, all parts were present and in perfect condition.

We had the best experience with Jumpzylla! The carrier shipping our trampoline damaged our box and Jumpzylla shipped another trampoline to us ASAP! Assembly was easy and smooth (I see it up by myself!) and our kids are absolutely loving playing on our new trampoline!!!!

I've ordered a 16-ft trampoline I am 205 lb and it handles me very well My kids love it they actually slept on it instead of their tents we have a top for it that makes an excellent add-on keeps the Sun and bugs out for all day or night enjoyment

The trampoline arrived early and was easy to put together. I had help with the frame but was able to complete the safety net on my own. We love the look and feel safe with our toddler jumping on it.

Our neighbors children love when my daughter comes out side, that’s their invitation to come over to enjoy the biggest trampoline on our block. The moment they see her “can we stay in play”❤️

We bought a Jumpzylla trampoline after it was recommended to us by friends. It did not disappoint! Assembly was fairly quick and my kids love it! Great quality and has held up well so far.

After reading the reviews for a handful of different trampolines, we decided to go with Jumpzylla. It took about an hour and a half for my dad, husband, and son to put together. My son uses the trampoline at least 3-4 times a week and just has a blast out there. We got the 12’ trampoline and it is perfect for our backyard. We just had two storms this past week and it has held up nicely! The trampoline was shipped to our house faster than expected, and everything was in the box!

We absolutely love our Jumpzylla Trampoline!! So much so that this is the second one we have purchased from them. Both of my kids now have them due to gifts from us for our grandchildren. They have even made it through a couple major storms. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another!

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was super easy to put together and not to mention the quality of all the components. Very safe for younger children. Received in a timely manner. I will be purchasing another one for my grandchildren in December.

while the product is great and our family is really enjoying it, I cant speak highly enough about the customer service and support.
after owning it for 2 weeks, we had a high wind storm come though and damage some of the safety poles, after talking with support, we are just waiting on the replacments to show-up and we will be back to new.
i really want to praise the company for putting the customer front and center and doing more than expected to make us happy

We couldn't be happier with our Jumpzylla trampoline! The quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy and safe. Assembly was much easier than we expected, and all the parts fit together well. The safety enclosure gives us peace of mind, and the bounce is fantastic.

Our family has been using it every day, and it's quickly become everyone's favorite outdoor activity. It has been a great way to get the kids outside, active, and away from screens. For the price, the value is hard to beat.

Overall, we really do love our Jumpzylla trampoline. It has been a great addition for our family, and the kids have been enjoying it a lot!

I did want to share a couple of concerns, though. the trampoline has been quite squeaky whenever someone is jumping on it. I heard that can be normal but it’s been two months and still super squeaky. Also the material over the springs has already torn in two different areas,
Which I think shouldn’t happen since it’s only 2 months old. I was surprised to see it wear out so quickly.

Other than those issues, we’ve been very happy with the trampoline. The kids have been using it daily. I have been on there a few times myself and the bounce is good! I hope this feedback helps improve the product
