When Julian Wadden acquired Edward Mellor Lettings, I must admit I was a little concerned as to how things would change.
I needn’t have worried, the service appears more structured and its easier to access services etc. jade the property manager is easy to contact and is both professional and friendly too

Julian Wadden have been amazing through out both the purchase of a house and our subsequent letting of a property whilst we renovate the new house. We’ve had a couple of minor issues since we have moved in and they have been super productive and speedy in the resolution of both a leak and an insect issue. Been trying to contact Didsbury office for 3 days by phone to arrange two viewings whilst in Manchester (we live 300 miles away) . Only option was to leave message but calls not returned. Was eventually put through by very helpful lady in their Heatons branch only to be told unpleasantly that they couldn’t fit us in as they were too busy. Sellers, don’t use this firm!! Appalling customer service
