Never had anything but a great service…
Never had anything but a great service before although with this order I could see the payment was pending and eventually left my account but had not received any confirmation email like I usually would. I emailed the sales team and tried to ring both numbers that are on the website although I had no response and both numbers went straight to voicemail. I did actually receive half of my order the following day which is great, but missing half of my order and still no response nearly a week later and without any form of confirmation for tracking information.

I always get great products
I always get great products at a fast speed from JOV. My only criticism which is not on their part. Is world pay. They/ my bank has stopped working so have to use another card to transfer money. Maybe create a new function to use cards. I'm not sure if others have similar problem. Many thanks

The best vape shop i have ever used…
The best vape shop i have ever used always delivered on time. Only ever had one issue in 4 years and i order at least 2 times a month. And even then they were great and sorted the issue instantly. I would highly recommend this shop.
