I found this company whilst searching for a specific Clogau necklace that Clogau had sold out of. I made the purchase online and was surprised when the necklace arrived to find that there was a complimentary pair of Clogau earrings with it. They offered a gift wrapping service which I took advantage of which saved me making a hash of it. It was well presented and packaged well and arrived very promptly. Excellent service. Took my 9 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced in Derby, all the staff were brilliant, really professional and helped put her at ease, the piercer was fantastic. Afterwards my daughter felt uneasy on her feet, all the staff really looked after her, thank you!! 5 star service

Good quick service but their 10% off first order code does not work, which is very disappointing, read small print & could not find exclusions that were applicable. If wasn’t short on time would have gone elsewhere.
