Great service, return experience couldn't be faulted.
I ordered a Seiko Presage SSA347J1. The order was processed very quickly and communication was excellent. Order arrived quickly via royal mail. The watch was running fast and had gained 30 mins in just over 12 hours. I reported this issue to staff at Judith Hart and we were in agreement that the watch must have taken a shock in transit, so entirely an accident which royal mail would have been at fault for. Staff advised I could return the watch for a refund and would be refunded the cost of postage. Couldn't ask for this to have been handled better and would not hesitate to purchase from again in the future.

First class service
First class service! I missed the cut off for next day delivery by about 30 mins (3.30pm) so wasn't expecting it to arrive for a couple of days but there it was on my doorstep at 9.30am the following morning!
Superb, I will definitely shop again!
