Used JTC Omnibend for several years without a problem the last few orders have been terrible. Customer service has dropped and gone down hill.
You cannot reach them over the phone, if you are lucky they call back in the evening.
The last order I had was for 2 x white blenders, they sent 2 x black ones and instead of apologising they told me I was wrong in what I ordered on the site with no attempt to resolve the issues. We have spent thousands with them in the past and the blenders are usually good but had issues getting spares on other orders.
No shipping or oder confirmation emails are sent.
Sadly would not recommend anymore.

Hi Louis, firstly we would like to thank you for being such a loyal customer, after speaking to your team we understand that there was an issue in that you did not receive the confirmation email which would have flagged that the wrong colour had gone into our system, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We also explained to your team the reasons why we have not had the same level of customer service, as with many companies Covid-19 has not been kind to our staff, which has meant it has taken us time to build the force again, and we again apologise for this unfortunate dip in our customer service and since your review we have worked on enhancements with our communication systems to ensure we are accessible when customers need us.
We hope to win back your trust, but in the meantime appreciate the honest review, we genuinely apologise once again - as we have truly appreciated your support over the years.
A great product
A great product. Made healthy breakfast smoothies, to delicious ice-creams, to creamy hot soups. Washing the machine took a minute, without putting my hand inside it to scrub. The whole family has this in their kitchen

I bought the JTC omniblend a few months ago, i must say its a wonderful blender that is easy to use, whether its blending my smoothies or whipping up my soups, it does it all in a matter of seconds.
It's intuitive to use and sturdy, plus the jug attachment and lid feels secure. I would give it 5 stars.

Overpriced
The delivery of the product was fairly fast- 5 days. It is a powerful blender, good piece of equipment but a bit overpriced for a blender.
Claims to be making soups and they are steaming but are raw. If you are fan of raw soups, it will be good for you. Ice cream is a slush that needs to be eaten straight out.
Noise pollution- very high.
No instructions when it arrived, so had to research how to use it, or recipe book to come with it.

Hi Elena, firstly we would like to thank you for your purchase! We regret our blender has not met your expectations. We include a warranty and instructions with all our machines, and would like to rectify you not having received these by sending them out to you. We do sell our recipe books on the website - which we are happy to ship to you with the instruction guide. Please email us and we will get this sorted out ASAP. We also sell Sound Enclosures to make the machine noise reduce by 80%. Without this we are still one of the quieter blenders at a commercial level.
This blender is the best I have tried
This blender is the best I have tried. Great for smoothies with frozen fruit. Very much looking forward to using it more.

Special tool delivery
Special tool arrived but I am worried it may not be strong. Will update later.......I have since used the tool and it works perfectly without breaking (I am being cautious about not adding too much force). I have raised the rating from 3 stars to 5stars. happy with product.

Great blender, quick service
I have had my omniblend blender for a few years. Recently the jug broke and I ordered a new one. It came very quickly and I am very happy with the service. I love my blender and it gets very regular use so I am pleased I bought this, it seemed a lot of money at the time but was definitely worth it.

I make green smoothies daily so needed to upgrade to a more professional blender. I was worried that, because the Omniblend is more affordable than other top blenders, it wouldn't fully blend my ingredients, possibly leaving stalk fibres etc in the mix.
I needn't have worried at all, the smoothies come out like silk. Totally impressed. I am able to mix up a lot more ingredients than before and they taste amazing.

Terrible company. They care little if their products as they have you money already. I will stick with QVC who do care. I will not use this company again.
