Always treated as a valued customer.

Always treated as a valued customer.
Have purchased from them several times, usually through EBay, but now find it easier to buy direct.
Prices and quality are always good, and delivery speed is unbelievable.
Will continue to use whenever I can.

I buy pellets usually every month

I buy pellets usually every month, I have never has a problem in the last 3 years. I can honestly say that I have never experienced any issues over this time. Can highly recommend them!

I received excellent service from JSR

I received excellent service from JSR. Not only were the pellets considerably cheaper than I have previously paid with another supplier but the carriage change was 50% less. The pellets were very securely packed in a stout cardboard box and wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap. I was given regular updates with the progress of my order.
