The backing was very disappointing, and I was expecting the medication case with the order as described in the advertisement.

I had to contact customer services regarding my order. They were very prompt and professional in responding and dealt with the issue immediately. I would thoroughly recommend their products too.

Odered and paid for Marine Collegen on the 21st November Monday- 8th December still hasnt been delivered and product still out of stock.Dont rely on this company..and you cant speak to anyone to chase the order

Subscription is never on time. You never get to be consistent in your routine. I’ve been doing this almost a year with absolutely zero improvement.

I ordered the Berberine, from which I have seen absolutely no results. It also arrived mislabelled as to how the supplement should be taken, based on what I had previously read on the website. I contacted customer services who confirmed they were well aware it was mislabelled. It is astonishing to me that they sent it out anyway without adding a correction either in the order or via email. Food supplements in the UK should be clearly labelled with correct instructions of how to take.
I'd also note that I provided the company with direct feedback, at their request, and surprise surprise they have not added this to their heavily edited website of positive reviews.

After I ordered it was told not to take but they wouldn't let me return due to there policy so I wasted almost 100 dollars on something my doctors asked me to stop taking due to them being sent out in the mail already

I already use the triple magnesium from JS Health, so when I needed a probiotic I looked at what you offer. Always fast delivery I can count on!
