J R Flat Roofing UK Ltd Arvostelua

Tidy, reliable and a great job done - thank you.

The team arrived on time and had the job finished within the day. They brought two van loads of materials and took two van loads away. The office contacted me beforehand so that I could warn the neighbours they would be parking in the lane.
They were easy to deal with on the phone, always helpful and informative ( I know next to nothing about flat roofing and had quite a few questions )
Overall, they did a great job and left the property clean and tidy.
Pricewise, it was what I expected. I received a break down of all the costs involved before I decided to use JR, so there were no surprises

We have been very impressed by this Company. From the very first contact to completion of the renewal of two flat roofs, the whole team have been friendly and efficient. They carried out the work when they said they were going to and we were kept informed every step of the way.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve used J R Flat Roofing three times over the years (three different roofs!) and I cannot fault my experience with them. From start to finish, on each occasion, the contact and information provided has been clear and timely. The work has been all done on a private property which has been respected throughout. While the majority of their work now appears to be on major builds and premises, they still have the time for smaller work. The last work I had done was in May 2023, and I have waited this long to write a review so that it could be fully tested in the very wet Cornish weather! Once again, I cannot fault the standard of the work.

Totally impressed. Went out of their way to do a site visit for a quote for a house in the process of moving to. Provided a detailed quote and honoured it several months later. Able to fit us in early and result itself was great. No issues, organised, friendly and left the site spotless. Very professional.

Really pleased with the quality of work carried out. Good communication, professional team worked together, fast and efficient causing minimal disruption to ourselves and our property. Also coped well with our difficult access. Would highly recommend.

They were very friendly and hard working and cleaned up immaculately once finished.

We had a very old asbestos roof which developed a leak.

I contacted a number of local companies, and JR Roofing were the only ones to contact me back!

The whole process from initial site visit to provide a quote, to actually getting the work done was very efficient. Nick came out within a couple of days to price the job up, explained what would need to be done and gave options. We had the quote emailed to us within 48 hours.

We accepted the work and they booked the job in for a few weeks later.

Guys arrived in plenty of time to start at 8am, I left them to it and by the time we got home it was all done! It was initially booked in as a 2 day job but they were able to do it in one day, which was a bonus seeing as it poured down with rain the following day!

We had a slight issue with guttering where the water wasn't quite hitting the drain, however I contacted the lovely office who said that they would be around the following day to sort it, and they did!

Everyone that has seen the new roof have commented on how good it looks.

It's been a week since it was done, but hopefully it will be many years before we need them again.

Would definitely recommend, easy to get hold of and actually turn up when they say they will.

Each and every member of the team was helpful and polite. At each stage, we were informed and explained the sequence of events.
Very professional. Neat and tidy. Excellent service. Many thanks.

Job done well and within the time frame given, site left tidily

We contacted JR Flat Roofing after a recommendation from a couple of people. The estimator turned up bang on time and returned a quote the next working day.
The work was carried out on the scheduled date and completed to a high standard.

Kept me updated on start date, the guys who carried out the work were polite and did a great job and left it clean and tidy.

A very professional business. Service fantastic.

Very happy customer, prompt on site advice and quote, good tidy work and fair price.

Overall this has been a good experience.
I would recommend JR Flat Roofing.

Kept up to date throughout by office staff from time of quote to job completion.
Workmen arrived on time and were very approachable and efficient.

Had liquid resin on my porch roof recently and the whole process was efficient and professional. Site was left clean and tidy and any questions I had were answered immediately.
I would definitely use J R Roofing again.

Arrived on time. Made a first class job. Scaffold removed promtly.
