Great information on the website. Wish there was a way to choose the number of days I needed the pass. I'm only in Japan for 11 days, but needed to buy the 14 day pass.

Todo el proceso fue muy claro pero la entrega de UPS no
Todo el proceso fue muy claro, simple y fácil con los Agentes de Japan Rail Pass en Barcelona; sin embargo vosotros debéis considerar la posibilidad de cambiar de courrier porque a pesar de que el sobre dice "EXTREMADAMENTE URGENTE" UPS se demoró 19 días en entregarme los vouchers porque el envío en lugar de venir directo de Barcelona a Quito vía Madrid; UPS lo envío a Colonia en Alemania, luego a Newark en New Jersey USA; después a Louisville en Kentuky USA; luego a Miami en Florida USA; después a Bogotá en Colombia; luego a Guayaquil en Ecuador y finalmente llegó a Quito Ecuador. Otros courriers toman 3 días en entregar en Quito documentos provenientes de Barcelona. Muy mal servicio de UPS que hace quedar mal a la Agencia de Japan Rail Pass.

it's a bit confusing the difference between picking up at a location and home delivery as we have a location where all mail goes, which is not a UPS site.
