I have sent 4 requests to support for a valid product key for MS Office 2021 Pro. I reinstalled the product on new pc and tried to activate it with original key from Joy Warp. No success.
I am awaiting a response after 3 days of sending emails to support.

Product is not working

Helpful, genuine, and honest. however the instructions require updating.

The price of the product and the ease of obtaining it were a big factor in my purchase. Also, when I had a question, it was answered quickly and completely.

We had some issues resulting from someone not reading my question completely and assuming incorrectly. We had a lot of back and forth, but we both hung in there and everyone's efforts.They never gave up on me until the job was done. Can not say enough good enough about them.

While I agree with almost all of the positive comments that have been expressed concerning the purchasing and installation of the products from JoyWarp, I would strongly disagree with any positive comments regarding Joywarp’s Customer Service or their willingness to provide support and resolution for problems that occur AFTER the sale and initial installation of any purchased product.

I have written emails, written to the Help Chat, included screen shots and fully explained the problem and have not received ANY response or help. So that you can judge for yourself, here is what I have written to them

"Recently I had to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11. In the upgrade I had to do an equipment override because of the processor. As expected, the upgrade deleted all installed programs and I now have to reinstall my programs. I have been able to do that with all my programs except the Microsoft Office 2021, Microsoft Project 2021 and Visio 2021 that I purchased from you. These were supposed to be lifetime licenses." (NOTE: I HAVE ONLY INSTALLED THESE PRODUCTS ONCE – when I originally purchased them.) However, after installing the programs and attempting to activate them, I receive the following message:

“Your copy of Microsoft xxxxxxx 2021 cannot be activated because the specified Product Key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software license as specified in the Microsoft Software License Terms.

The order number is xxxxx dated April 9, 2023. I also provided a screen shot of the Invoice and the Product Keys I had purchased.

As I said, I sent 2 messages by Customer Support Chat and two emails, all with the same information, and requesting an acknowledgement and some support to resolve the problem. NO RESPONSE WAS EVER RECEIVED. I also called Microsoft attempting to activate the software and was told it could not be reactivated. They suggested I go to a legitimate dealer, such as the Microsoft Store, and purchase new licenses for all three products.

Joywarp is there and happy to sell you the product and take your money, but if any problems occur at a later date with their “lifetime licenses”, you will be on your own ! !

Overall I'm EXTREMELY pleased with Joy Warp but recently I paid for both Windows 11 and Office 21 and NEVER got an e-mail from them. I'm sure it was an oversight.

So far, every thing that I have purchased worked.

I purchased Microsoft Office and could not get it activated. I contacted customer service and they answered a few hours (not days) later. Quick reply with the answer to my problem. Good work, good purchase!

I bought an MS Office 2021 license (second time already). I received the code immediately and its works like a charm. On my other computer i did the same app. a year ago, still no issues.
