"Lifetime" is for the lifetime of your hard drive …
They sell Microsoft products at a deep discount. They claim that it is "lifetime" for one machine. What they don't tell you is that if you have a hard drive failure that your activation code will not work mand you will have to purchase a new activation code. They blame it on Microsoft. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

Wonderful Customer Service
I had some issues on my end when I rec'd the Microsoft office product. Was not their fault. I was unable to use it, and the rep was very responsive with instructions & some back and forth to help me get my refund.
