Yrityksen tiedot
Yrityksen kirjoittama
Norsemania online gaming platform is designed for players who want quick access to modern games, clear promotions, and straightforward account controls. The layout keeps the main sections easy to reach, making it simple to move between game categories, live sessions, payments, and settings without unnecessary steps. The game selection combines high-RTP video slots with volatile releases, crash games, progressive jackpots, and live dealer tables. Some titles are better suited to short sessions with a faster pace, while others offer longer play with free spins, multipliers, expanding symbols, bonus rounds, and bonus buy features. This gives players enough variety to switch between different styles without digging through crowded menus. Live dealer games add real-time tables with professional hosts and familiar formats. Moving from regular titles to live sessions takes only a few clicks, while the layout remains comfortable across desktop and mobile devices. Norsemania keeps bonus information close to each promotion, making wagering requirements and activation rules easier to review before taking part. Deposit matches, free spins, cashback, reload offers, or other rewards may be available depending on the current promotion. Deposits and withdrawals are managed through the account area, where recent transaction activity can also be reviewed. Security checks support safer account access and payment handling while keeping routine actions straightforward. Norsemania brings games, promotions, payments, and account tools together in one streamlined setup focused on fast navigation, clear information, and straightforward use. Useful features remain easy to reach without adding unnecessary complexity.

Non delivery
I placed order & paid 12th July. I still have not had delivery. Tracking status as of 8th August saying Cardiff. It is now 20th August & still saying Cardiff. I have sent numerous emails requesting update to be told will update status & as courier to prioritise.
I truly believe this I will not get a delivery.
I would advise never use this company again to everyone.
I would like a refund for non delivery
Many thanks

I wished I had come onto this platform first before ordering. My order has still not arrived and no delivery date was offered. Their advertised items look good. I was pulled in by this. I doubt the items are as advertised. Bank notified for a full refund.

My product was not as described and they don’t adhere to their own refund policy . They offered a token refund which was a quarter of the payment price . Also watch your bank accounts as they included VAT in initial invoice and then took a second payment out of my account this they did refund

Bras Ordered
I ordered two bras XXL one fitted (although after washing it shrank). The second one, although marked XXL was far from it (roughly 2 sizes too small), I contacted them and was told the bras were both the right size and that I could either return the small at my cost or accept £5 compensation. I did the latter after many emails with them. I would not advise anyone to use this company. It also took about 6 weeks to arrive if not longer.
